Every year they call for car insurance renewal i give the cheque but never receivered the renewal certificate from other side. This year ie2017 ms saumya called me for policy renewal and assured me that she vl provide the copy of renewal i gave the cheque and it cleared, verification call is over and nearly one month has passed but no response from this lady, in-spite of calling many times and messaging her but no response. I request to intervene...

I had to claim on my maruti alto (6584) and unfortunately i went to t. R. Sawhney motors pvt. Ltd(Gokulpur). I handover my car there on 18th march and they gave us one number [protected] (Mohit).First of all they took more than 4 days to call the servayer and whenever we tried to reach to this number, no one picks the call.The only way to reach them is to visit there service center, phone number given by them is useless.They commited to handover...
