Every year they call for car insurance renewal i give the cheque but never receivered the renewal certificate from other side. This year ie2017 ms saumya called me for policy renewal and assured me that she vl provide the copy of renewal i gave the cheque and it cleared, verification call is over and nearly one month has passed but no response from this lady, in-spite of calling many times and messaging her but no response. I request to intervene in this matter as it vl create the problem while checking on road. My car no is dl5ch 1496. And also pl take the action against such agents which r sweet at the time of premium but after that no response and customer feels helpless.
