[Resolved]  T24 Mobile — De-activation Request not being accepted, as Address in record entered by T24 is wrong

Hi. I lost my T24 SIM [protected], on Jun 5th 2014, but de-activation request is turned down by T24, as they entered some wrong address in there records and now what address I tell that doesn't match to what they entered in their system. Please help.

Hi. Please help. I requested T24 staff to ask me other things to verify identity, but they are not agreeing. They say, sim can't be deactivated, if address, I tell is not matching to their system address, even if their own staff made wrong entry of my address. Help pls.

Hi, I am less concerned your team contacting me or not. More important is to de-activate the SIM. It's still working and somebody is using that. Any misuse will be owned by T24 Mobile Company and Future group. Regards. Atulesh [protected]

Sorry, but I tried and still it's ringing. Not yet de-activated. Also, please let me know, how to get a new SIM with the same number. Your Central Mall, bellandur, Bangalore help desk told, he can't issue duplicate SIM.
