T24 Mobile — lost sim (t24) and need to block it

I am nagarjun. One of my relative has a t24 sim and that needs to be blocked as she has lost her phone. I am unable to contact any of the t24 customer care numbers so lodging a compliant here.

My t24 number to be blocked is:[protected]

I have sent an email regarding the same to [protected]@futuregroup.in. But i am not sure if this is the right contact for this as i picked this one from one of the other compliants here which was lodged in oct 2017.
