i dont know why my sim card is blocked am not getting signal, i need very urgent am not getting otp transaction my mobile number is [protected], am not getting signals if any one dial my number it’s saying please check the number before you dail, so please kindly check my issue and solve my problem as soon as possible, I need urgent Please do need full thank you

My mobile no. is [protected] and I have recharged for Rs.98 data pack for 28 days validity and total amount deducted from SBI Netbanking is Rs.109/- with ID IGAEVRRVP9 on 27/11/2018 at around 10.10 pm. However, I came to understand that there is amount credited. Please refund my amount at the earliest.
