The connectivity was off since odisha was affected by feni. I made several complaints through their call centre. Each time they advised that the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hours. To my horror, i found that the complaint gets closed after 48 hours without redressal. After calling again, a fresh complaint would be lodged and again the same fate. Each time, i had to spend around 45 minutes in a call which is quite atrocious.
After 8 times of such repetition, i told them to surrender my connection and refund security deposit and the recharge amount for 1 month. They flatly refused to register the complaint.
I demand immediate refund. The company must be directed to effect immediate refund in all such cases as they have not attended to many complaints. Their behaviour is quite dismissive.
