T24 Mobile — NOT ACTIVATED

Dear Team, I bought T24 SIM in Big Bazzar Hyd, they took photo and collected all the ID proof and got 50 rs, now it is almost 3 weeks, If i call customer care they are not even responding properly, they ask me to call after 12 or after 3 so that I can speak to TL, Please do the need full.

I got new Sim from Big Bazzar, and this is not yet activated and it was almost 2 weeks, My Number is [protected] & when I call the help desk it was embarrassing for me that he is not able to speak clearly with the details and I was totally Frustrated, Please do the need full, I do not want to speak with the Help desk again.
