T24 Mobile — not having a network

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I am a t24 user. I use two sim. The no. Of them are [protected] and [protected]. The first one is from kolkata circle and the second one is from west bengal circle. The network of both the number have gone from 6th april, 2018 at 10:15pm.
Before that the network service was quite good. Why did this happen? When will i get the problem solved? I have also mailed the customer care services twice. But they didn't give any reply. Is that a technical issue? Or is it due to the adhaar linking. Please solve the problem.

I have lost my SIM CARD.I need another SIM.what should I do..
I lost my T24 sim in Hyderabad .I visited many docomo service centres but all of them are closed .Kindly block the sim card or else give a new sim with same number as this mobile number is linked to my bank account
