T24 serviceteam,

This is to inform you that i am chiranjib samanta having t24 prepaid connection no-[protected]. I have lost my mobile on 16/08/2017. Therefore i would like to request to issue a duplicate sim containing the same number. Kindly block my lost sim card and to issue a duplicate prepaid sim card as soon as possible.
