T24 Mobile — sim activation required for me

Hi team, my t 24 number is [protected], from last two months sim is not working and even i am not able recharge to that number. Can you please fix the issue and re activation to that number. It is very urgent for me because i am using my communication that number only. Suddenly the sim deactivation. I don't know the exact reason. It says grace period out of state.

Hi my sim no is protected I didn’t used it for last 4 months there is no way to reactivate the sim
Please reactivate ASAP
As my number is being used in ways app and in other apps
