T24 Mobile — Sim not activated

Hi I have been using T24 no. [protected], since past one year. However, recently i needed a micro sim for which I visited Big Bazaar Mahadevapura, Bangalore and received a new sim after paying 25/- (Executive advised to mention as sim lost in the form). Its about to be 3 days (72Hrs) and the sim is not yet activated. Also, none of your customer care no's. work, how do you even come under telecom sector when you can't provide proper service

As there is no reply from your end, today i have even raised a complaint with Ministry of Consumer Affairs (docket number: 184330.)

I already sent an email and you replied saying this is forwarded to the relevant team (ref id 7623 received 03/08 10:08 am). Although till date and time, neither SIM is activated nor i have received any call/sms/email from your so called relevant team. Really Disgusting service of T24.

Why is it that your call center or customer care no's. does not work at any point in time???

Hi Priya,

Sim is activated now. However, as i mentioned i needed a micro sim and that i wanted to exchanged with my old sim. I had a balance of around Rs.70/- with my old sim which is noy transferred yo my new sim.

My mobile no is [protected] and SIM no is[protected] its blocked due to wrong puk no so if there is possible to recover without changing the SIM telle on this no [protected] or I will go to any other mobile company's
Dear Customer,

Please be informed that your PUK code is (78723717). After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number. It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked. I hope that you are satisfied with the assistance.
