T24 Mobile — T24 Number ([protected]) blocked

I have purchased T24 no. [protected] and using it for last 2-3 years and suddenly last 10 days it is blocked.

I had approached the Bhayander West Big Bazar Counter and your customer care but no response.
Customer care is saying you will not get this number back it is blocked as per the rules of TRAI. i don't understand without pre- intimation how your company can block any number which is active for more than 2 years.

My mobile number is [protected]. yesterday and today in mobile deducted rs 80 approximate.
I not use any internet in this mobile, so why amount deducted.this is a wrong practice of mobile company .
so please try torefund my amount in my mobile balance.
