T24 Mobile — to activate my old number

But it was blocked due to i was in china i could not recharge that.and i need my NUMBER back.
It was registered on my dad's name

MY NUMBER WAS [protected]
I NEED THIS NUMBER BACK.
I NEED BADLY BECAUSE I USED AS MY PERSONAL NUMBER.
THAT WAS FOR MY BANK USE
AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
I need that number BADLY please help me out.
