Tabcab — Fraud by tab cab | |||
I had booked a cab from mumbai airport on 2nd sept morning. As soon as I boarded the cab and moved outside airport onto western express highway, driver proposed to take a longer route to my home. When I refused, he threatened me to drop at the highway and said do whatever you want and parked car at one side of highway. When I called your call center, I was told that they will immediately call up driver and take care of situation but they didn't call back. By the time driver asked me to get out of his cab and ran away. It was raining heavily, but fortunately I found an auto rickshaw in some time. When I called up your customer care again, they said they have counseled the driver and he is coming back to pick you to which I said I have already taken an auto and will not wait, to which I was said as you wish. When I said I want refund of 80 rs paid at airport for parking fees, I was told that since we don't have a refund process, we cannot give you the money back. Now I have following questions - 1) how can you keep my money for a service not renderred to me? 2) how can you ask the same driver to pick me up again when he has been demonstrating erratic behaviour and could have harmed me after picking up again. 3) how can my complain be taken so casually that for 10 min I didn't get a call back and I was sitting in his cab getting myself mocked? 4) it has been 4 days since I complained and no senior person from tab cab has tried to contact me and answer the refund query.
