Taj Florist — refund not received

Sir, My complaint has not yet been resolved. I repeat the complaint: On April 4, 2015, I ordered a cake with Taj Florist; the same to be delivered to Mr.Binoy Cyriac at IIT, Guwahati, Assam The item was not delivered although an amount of Rs.1075 was debited from my account with SBI. On tracking the order Taj Florist says they did not receive payment. SBI statement indicates debit to INB avenue Pvt Ltd No.[protected] dt.4th April2015. Kindly arrange for refund Thank you, Cyriac Mathews
