Taj Hotels — Inappropriate and misbehavior of hotel staff for asking a water bottle

I have stayed at THE GATEWAY TAJ RAMGARH HOTEL on 14th feb to 15 feb

So at time of check out they gave us few bills which were not signed and neither that facility used by us it was almost 10000/- Charges they asked extra although we dint even used that facility

Even we have asked for a single water bottle from hotel staff "RITU SINGH " "HEAD OF HOUSE KEEPING '
She just screamed on us that ### off from property you have checked out, jaipur is just 1 hr far why you need bottle. She also said I will call police for no reason as we were waiting for a bottle to come.
The behaviour is such unacceptable
They have defamed us like anything in front of other guest .

We need a solution for it .
Very disappointing of Taj property doing this .

I will review more about such bad behavior
