I have stayed in Taj Mahal Palace from 2nd May to 3rd May. While booking the room there was technical issue and 2 rooms got booked for which I got mail after 5 days so I called the duty manager he asked me to cancel the room and assured me that there won't be any cancellation charges. Now after 20 days on 20/05/2021 The taj mahal palace deducted Rs 5216 and now not even paying attention to my complaint. Was this information helpful? |
