We purchased a 25 years holiday package from Taj India resort for Rs 3 lakhs 10 thousand. We have been trying to book properties through them for 2 years now but only response which "we get is that we are sorry, we don't have properties at this location". They are not able to provide properties in India as well as outside India. It is a harassment that they have taken this huge amount of money upfront yet are unable to provide promised services. We have been mentally and financially drained following up with them and only to hear that they are apologizing & that they can't do anything about it. Was this information helpful? |
