Taj Inner Circle — Cheating its consumers / members

I'm a member of Taj Epicure Gold card. For many of my usage I did not get the credit of the points. I had to call up or send them e-mails to credit the points even though the membership number is mentioned on the bills. Worst is for 2 months I was corresponding with them for my points during my stay at Taj Madikeri & Taj Bekal. I Spent Rs. 27, 000 & Rs. 29, 000 & got only half the points. Many of their staff persons mentioned that the points credited are correct. I wrote in the mail also that against Rs. 27, 000 spent 12.5% points i should get but getting around less than 50% points. Then when once I wrote a strong mail that will put up on all social media that Taj inner circle is fleecing / cheating their members, then they mentioned that there was a computer glitch & we credited only 50% of the points. How can many of their staff personels make such a big mistake??? From last 1 month I'm asking them how this thing can happen, they are not answering.

I also feel cheated at Taj santacruz. For my in room dinning I paid by card for soup and for dinner by cash. Waiter told me that for points u please contact on check out.
When checking out they said it will come automatically. After painfully following up they say as bill is not there can't give points.

When I told that the waiter Firoz said he has to get it stamped with cash recvd to cashier and I can collect on check out as it was late
FINALLY AND TO MY LUCK BUT WITH PAIN SHARED WITH THEM ALL FOOD LAID ON TABLE SHOWING THE ROOM FEATURES. BUT STILL THEY ARE HEARTLESS
UNACCOUNTED DINNER THEY SENT CHARGE GST. WE IN GOOD FAITH PAY BUT THEY DONT CARE. SIMPLY AT LOSS OF WORDS

My complaint is sorted out By Taj santacruz and my points they have added. No grievances now
I have been a member for 10 years but the service for the last 2 years has been horrible.

I stayed in a Taj property in November, 2020 and the innercircle team is refusing to credit points for the Food and Beverage expenses made for a direct booking.
After multiple emails explaining the situation, there has been no response .
I had requested for an updated innercircle card and again despite several emails and calls, there has been no response from them.

The call centre number is either always busy or no-one picks up and emails get no response.
