I have been a member for 10 years but the service for the last 2 years has been horrible.
I stayed in a Taj property in November, 2020 and the innercircle team is refusing to credit points for the Food and Beverage expenses made for a direct booking.
After multiple emails explaining the situation, there has been no response .
I had requested for an updated innercircle card and again despite several emails and calls, there has been no response from them.
The call centre number is either always busy or no-one picks up and emails get no response.

When checking out they said it will come automatically. After painfully following up they say as bill is not there can't give points.
When I told that the waiter Firoz said he has to get it stamped with cash recvd to cashier and I can collect on check out as it was late
FINALLY AND TO MY LUCK BUT WITH PAIN SHARED WITH THEM ALL FOOD LAID ON TABLE SHOWING THE ROOM FEATURES. BUT STILL THEY ARE HEARTLESS
UNACCOUNTED DINNER THEY SENT CHARGE GST. WE IN GOOD FAITH PAY BUT THEY DONT CARE. SIMPLY AT LOSS OF WORDS
