I have login via talk charge for the payment of my electricity bill, BSES on 14 July. 2021 from Delhi. And money was deducted from my debit card. No payment was done. I got a message saying money has been deducted by a firm in Mumbai named CCAVENUE33191994.

I m complaining about my recharge failed with the talkcharge for my mobile # [protected] even though they have deducted the amount Rs.49.00 from bank account. Site shows order failed. This is to inform you that i have paid Rs. 49.00 for my airtel mobile [protected] with transaction/ ticket id TC[protected] through my debit card & its deducted from my bank account but site shows order failed., customer care no. [protected] is not responding either making busy or switched off. for whats app messages also not responding. Please help me in this regard either recharge or refund the amount.

Hi Team,

I do appreciate your efforts, however I do not have a talk charge account and as the issue was from your end, so please refund the money directly to my bank account. Why would you transfer the amount in talk charge wallet when we dnt have one?

Also since we have faced this issue on using your application for the first time, I would not recommend using your application again.

End of story, I need the money back in my bank account.

I don't want to hear any of your policies regarding this . Just refund the money.

Hi,

I had bought rs 2000 croma gift voucher on 26.05.20 which i did not received. The money got deducted from my talk charge wallet however this was not refunded.

I wrote numerous emails and had chat with them. There is no initiative taken and always have been assured that this would get refunded.

If this does not get refunded to my talk charge wallet within next 2 days, i will go for higher escalations.

I had been contacted by the team from the official talk charge number and have been assured that the money would get credited to my talk charge wallet very soon. I had also chat with them and had email conversation where the same thing was replied. This is a genuine company however the issue was that they were not able to provide any resolution time which is very important for an escalation plus they do not have any escalation matrix. Please note that you receive calls only from talk charge official number and please do not share your bank details with any one claiming to represent the company. After I post my complaint here I receive various calls from different numbers who asked my card details to transfer the money. I did not. The next day talk charge representative said that they were fraud callers as company will not ask for the card or bank details. Please be aware ! Today after 18 days the money got refunded to my wallet with message and email. I am happy to close this complaint. Thank you.

Is it safe to provide the card details to them to transfer the money to my bank ? They were asking for the card details.

Updated by Chiranjeet5 Its about 9: 10 pm I received a call from a person from talk charge calling from [protected] had abused me for not giving the bank details.

Please take necessary steps against this company. You may forward me any more escalation matrix I would be happy to escalate.

Please make sure I get my money by tomorrow EOD.

I also want an apology email from this company with a strong feedback to be shared with this person.

i consumer is talkcharge technology pvt. Ltd. I add 5000 talkcharge wallet . My wallet is not use any recharge recharge is many times failed. Sir i goes wrong number recharge is done.

I have done my mobile recharge of rs. 21, to my jio number, in talkcharge website. Also a "successful recharge" statement is displayed. But my recharge isn't done. And also my refund is also not done. Talkcharge has cheated me. Absolutely untruthful and unfaithful service that i have faced. I have to regret for believing and doing my transaction of recharge through talkcharge.
Respected sir / mam, please solve my issue. I want my refund.

I really very disappointed talkcharge
Talkcharge showing First time User get 100% cashback and but not received any cash back i applied coupon code and very step follow and 599rs recharge successfully i got message cashback will credied within 3 days and now completed 10 days ðŸ˜

This is to your kind information that I have a customer of talk charge, and my account number [protected] & my transaction I'd is - TC[protected] and then i see my talkcharge wallet balane is NIL. i don't understand what are the fault of this transaction, then i telephonic conversation to [protected]@icici and they says that already this transaction receive of the merchant site i.e. Order No. TC[protected] Dt. 29.06.2018, But few day ago I don't getting any any refund amount from talkcharge. . Please take necessary action about this Transaction.

Talkcharge says already credited to your bank acount, but I went to the bank for this transaction purpose, but bank says that no body payment to us.

Talkcharge Is a big cheater co., Many people face this problem.

I requested to you that some necessary action to your site, while I get my hardness work money.

Dear sir, i faced the two situation transactions amounts at talkcharge website.
On march 23th, 2018 23:42:04 pm i try to electricity bill payment with the amount rs.838/- at talkcharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was done and the amount was debited from my bank account. After 2 months next electricity bill add this amount because this amount not revived to jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam - rajasthan so many times (Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.838/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount rs.838/-... Pls verify and refund my amount rs.838/- to my bank account.

Whenever i pay my electricity bill through talkcharge, it gets failed.
I am attaching my failed transactions details. If talkcharge unable to do my transaction, then they should return my entire money to my bank. Why they have kept in my wallet.

I am very much frustrated with their service... I need to talk with them but i am not able to get thier mobile/landline no.

Please assist and help me on this, so that talkcharge refund my entire money from wallet (Which is of no use) to my bank or do my transaction successfully.
