TalkCharge — Bill payment successful but not received at service provider

Dear sir / ma'am

I payed my bsnl landline bill of rs 800 on 24 june 2017. Payment showing successful at talkcharge site but it is not received at service provider.
I also mailed them but no reply yet from talcharge.
I mailed them twice but still they had not replied me.
My transaction id is tc[protected].
Its humble request to you please help me as soon as possible
