TalkCharge — Made the bill payment, and dedicated from my bank but i didn't get any confirmation after 4 days. | |||||
Hi there, My name is Mahesh, I have try to make my Vodafone bill payment though (www.talkcharge.com), everything was worked well and from my bank account Rs.612 dedicated too, but after that i didn't get any confirmation from Talkcharge or Vodafone, Also i have checked their talkcharge website but this transaction details i didn't find anywhere. This is my first complaint also i was tried recharging my cell phone its BSNL i have recharge with 143 rupees and that transaction was failed. So I tried to transfer that cash back to my account but they didn't have any option to transfer that cash back to may same bank account. I think they are fooling the customers by without providing customer care telephone number. If any complaint we have to sit and write email and they replay only after 24hrs time. In my case i have started resolving this issue by complaining through email from 31st March 2017, still now the issue not resolved. Honestly kindly do something against these kind fraud online companies and save the people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
