Sir i have done my transtition on 20/9/2016 it was pending thus now it has upto now not came back in my account sir i want to know that why my money didn't came in my account .sir i have complaint so many times they replied but not came up with end sir please help me me in getting my money .i have forgot my userid and the company is not helping me .i have send message so many times privately as well as publicily but they dont reply

i have done airtel postpaid bill payment but it was not done and payment was deducted i dont know my order id inspite of sending msg to [protected]@talkcharge.com always a computer genrated msg came, there i am saying that i dont have order id but same msg always came to me, my id by which i have genrated didnot opening what to do please help...
