Dear sir, i faced the two situation transactions amounts at talkcharge website.
On Apr 7th, 2016 06:19 pm i try to bill payment with the amount rs.490/- at talkcharge website. At the time of transaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.So many times(Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.490/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount rs.490/-...Pls verify and refund my amount rs.490/- to my bank account.
