Dear sir,
I have been a member with talwalkars andher east branch since 2016 and each year i have timely renewd my membership under the monsoon offer. I am working for a international airline as a crew due to which am not in the country mostly, this is also known to the gym management and trainers. Unfortunately this year there was no email or prior intimation about the expiration of my membership from the management and to my suprise i was told that i cant renew my membership anymore when i revisited the gym in the month of october. I felt robbed of an opportunity to be able to renew my membership in the monsoon offer as i was never informed about it as well. I would like to very much continue my contract with the gym for a year and i sincerely hope i am given the benefit of the monsoon scheme (Rs 14400 for a year) for my continued patronage as i would be really disappointed to quit and enroll in some other gym. Hoping that you can accommodate my kind request. Thank you.

Sir, i have purchased a promo id from grow fitter wellness program, and according to that, i need to join the talwalkars fitness ujjain by 1/10/2019 to 30/12/2019.
When i reached the appointed date, the managers of talwalkars ujjian refused to accept this and didn't allow me to use my deserved services. Though i have filed a complaint in consumer forum, i want a justified solution to my problem

Life Fitness (Talwalkars) have closed their Ulsoor branch with a promise of refund by July 2019. They had sent a letter of closure promising payment by July 2019. As of now we haven't received any refund and the owners are absconding. The amount paid by me was 10k for a membership till Dec 2019. I haven't been able to use the gym since May because they have intentionally stopped basic facilities like electricity and water to the gym. The owners are trainers are absconding and there is no one responding to calls. Please help

Its been more than 1.5 months that the gym had been closed.
There is no information from the management regarding reopening of the gym to the members. Kindly do let us know whether you are reopening it or not.
If there is reopening the when it is going to happen?
If not, then what about the membership we have taken from you?
Then how are you going to compensate us?

So far attended only one session on august 10, 2019

• no diet counseling done
• no measurement was taken
• no body analysis done
• no membership provided.

Till date i've not received a diet chart as promised by branch manager ms. Shibani and no further notifications even after asking her couple of times.

My doctor has strictly advised not to do any workouts as i’ve high heart rate.

They are refusing to refund, one session and 15, 000 rupee is not a joke.
They did not even do the body analysis.
Just like that gave me workout.

I need justice and refund and i’m ready to file a case

There is no power backup of lights for treadmill. I was about to fell heavily while running on treadmill.
Its an alert to take serious action as anyone could die while sprinting.
The situation of this branch is worse.

They do maintainance anytime without notifying members.
This is complaint against the manager. He dont listen to anyone amd in his own attitude.
Please take serious action.

I have bought membership of gym in mar 2019 at chhatarpur branch and gym has been closed since june. When we are going to another branches they are not allowing us to go there. However they have promised at the time of admission that with gym id you can go to any of branch. Now they are not now allowing in any branch, from june they have started closing their branches. No one is answering over the call and even not on the mail.

Company is absolutely fraud many of peoples have registered themselves for membership and everyone is facing problems now.

I want refund of my membership.

I am a member of talwalakars gym kanth road moradabad branch (Up) since march 2018. I have renewed my membership of 1 year on march 2019.

Here to inform you that u may feel shame with the activities being performed by your general trainer in the gym premises. While performing the exercise one of the general trainer was giving me support to stable the barbell. I was noticing him since two or three sets of my exercise. I was correcting him as he was unskilled. He don't know how to give support this cause sudden jerk on my wrist and i got injured, now it is being very difficult for me to perform the workout. Instead of accepting his mistake he was arguing with me and started misbehaving. Is the manager of the gym blind how can he appoint such unskilled and so called trainer. Who is responsible for my injury?

The name of the general trainer is "virat".
Soon another general trainer named "md. Saif" came to support him. I ask what kind of monopoly is this. Are the members fool?

Also the quality of gym is 3 out of 10 due to space constraint and excess rush while performing the workout sometimes the members may collide with the member performing exercise. This is not safe for any member. Excess rush is unhygienic for all members.

Therefore requested to kindly take the grievances seriously and redress them willingly.

I am no longer going to be a member of this talwalkars.
Nor i will recommend anyone to be a member of this gym.

I am a member of talwalkars gym solapur since october 2018.
Recently I had a visit to pune and I wanted to carry out training for 2 days at talwalkars fc road.Despite 2-3 reminders to talwalkars solapur management they didnt send the email to talwalkars pune.As per commitment while admission they had committed that I can carry out workout at any outside branches.I tried to email them but it showed email is full
Please let me know the reply.

Your talwalkars branch that exist in ganesh mala sinhagad road pune.
It's complaint regarding staff salary the person who has taken the franchise of this branch are not paying salary to staff from last 4 months. They have given so many due dates for payment bt all are useless.

So it's my question why you people falling down ur brand value by providing the franchise to this kind o[censored]nprofessional person, who don't care about anything.

So it's my humble request plz take action against that person mr. Sheetal kolhe.

The manager named sandesh dhole is playing tricks with clients to get his personal training, and if client is not taking he is not behaving proper with that client.
He has given incomplete information at the time of admission for the marketing.
He is doing partiality in gym. As a manager he should look after every client but he only focuses on 2 people may be there is some personal reason behind that. Every disappointed with the trainers of kalyan branch.

There was a fixed deposit policy wherein entire money was supposed to be refunded after 1 year of membership.
I purchased my membership on 19/03/13 by paying 15000 and i was supposed to receive it back after completion of 1 year ie 18/03/14.
I even applied for refund but i was not provided with one.
I even had a talk with management but they never provided with any satisfactory solution.
And now if i call any talwarkars branch they say its talwarkars better value fitness solution pvt limited and i had purchased membership of talwarkar fitness solution pvt ltd so both the management is different and therefore they won't help me.
I still havent received my 15000 its 5 years now.

My name arpit siroya from bhayander branch has paid 12 thousand for 1 year bt the gym was shut down permanently in january 20... They hav promised 2 pay the refund amount to every one by january 20... Of 2019... Bt m still waiting... N nobody from talwalkar are giving any information as of when they are going to refund the fees... Please help to resolve these problem

It's been 2 weeks in talwalkars branch ulhasnagar, there is no water facility for washroom and steam. When complained, they give the excuse that water is not available in that area. But excuses can be entertained for few days, but now its been 2 weeks.. Adjustment is a part of this gym. As clients have to adjust in everything from no trainers on the floor, to lack of support for learning new things, etc

This is with respect to the salt lake city branch of kolkata. I have been a regular member of talwalkars ever since the salt lake branch opened and have been using a personal trainer regularly.

Recently, i let go of my personal trainer and got another, a new fellow who was always late. I again changed a trainer, who left the gym after 8 classes. Now i have no trainer. The gym is asking me to take on another new fellow as a trainer, an inexperienced person. When i ask the gym to let me speak to the manager, they make excuses and tell me the manager is unavailable.

Is this the kind of service you want to continue providing to tenured members? Please look into the situation and resolve the issue.

Dear team,

Kindly note that me and my husband are members of talwalkars pune pimple saudagar since oct 2017 and recently on oct 2018 we have renewed for another 1 year. We have been facing continuous issues of gym in the following matters

1) very frequent switching off power supply while electricity is available in the entire building. This leads to the entire workout area dark and suffocating leading to risk of breathless and tripping over equipment. Also treadmill cannot be used which is a very vital part of warm-up for all.

2) no group classes for zumba, aerobics bollywood class for morning session. We observe frequent irregularities in these classes. However since past 2 to 3 months hardly any. Classes were conducted.
The trainers have informally mentioned in various occasions to us that they are not paid their fees.
Adding to the recent incident there is no electricity in the gym since 31st oct 2018 and they have sent 2 sms stating that gym will remain closed till 9th november 2018. The snapshots of the same along with notices and pics of gym without light or ac have been attrached.

We await for your kind reply since we are proceeding ahead for legal action and also would initiate the same in newspaper.

Worst gym i have ever been to. (Talwalkars, turner road, bandra west)
Feels like you pay for your membership just to face insult infront of other people working out in the gym.
I have took a yearly membership and this is my second month of it and it doesn’t seems like i ll ever go to this gym from next time.
And definitely will ask all of my mutual to never join this gym.

The trainer over here doesn’t have manners how to talk with the clients. They think that they rule this gym.

They are very rude in guiding the clients especially the senior trainer.

They suck in their hospitality with their clients.

There are lots of gym around you, so just don’t get manipulated with their offers for membership,,, better join some other gym, at least you prestige won’t get hurt.

I have joined talwalkars at civil lines allahabad on 17th april2018 for 3-months membership i went there for 6-7 days for gym but due to some personal unavoidable situation i was unable to go there. And i went there for resume my session for which i already make advance cash payment of rs.6000/- on 17th april 2018, their staff said that your membership expired though i have not go there except 6-7 days. I talked manager over there to refund my fees but he totally denied to refund my money for which i have not avail the service too. Neither he refund my money nor resume my session which discontinued due personal unavoidable situation. And most important thing is at the time of joining staff who attended me and received the the fees also said that if you take break for long then your session will be extended. But when i told this thing to the manager he said that staff is no more working there and he didnot have any business what that staff said to you. This is very unsatisfactory response from any company to its customer and future lead too. Please give my refund as soon as possible. This type of bad trade practices by company's branch offices not only negatively affected image of your esteemed organization but also discourage your source of profit your customer base and your lead too. Kindly looked into the matter and help me to getting back my refund amount as soon as possible. This is hard earned money of me please refund it this is request from a vigilant customer which may lead for the company too.

As you guys are shutting down and in this relation as said I letter that refund would be issued..
But is been 2months that I haven't received the refund yet...
