Things are getting worser day by day

Today a trainer named saravanan and madan reached me a pulled up a fight by 9:00 pm on[protected] straight to me in the front desk with weapon in hand (Please check the cctv record)

Harrassed me badly saying he will bet me on my face and break for a simple issue for wearing a jean on the floor

I demand and plead to remove saravanan from the t. Nagar or talwalkar as this is not the first time and they are spoiling the ambience

I had escalated this issue earliery many times regarding an respect issue and this is the fourth time

I am getting tensioned an the are making me to abuse in bad words
Clients including me dhilip arun ashwin and a few are facing the same issue with saravanan

Kindly take necessary action to remove saravanan from talwakar t. Nagar as he is a threat on the floor.

Talwalkers- Himayathnagar- Hyderabad.. I took an annual subscription looking at the demo.. was good for 2days and then it started, none of the general trainer help in your workouts..
if you want it then go for personal training.. which costs 3Xannual fee, that too not regular only alternate days and they insist so much..
If you say no to that they put a ### all face and start treating u like ###.. Not even bother to reply you back
I feel that I have rather burnt my money than joining this place

I took membership in march 2018
As i took memebership some trainers started approaching me for personal training.
Even though i dont wanted take personal trainer they forced me by taking follow regularly.

After i paid pt fee the personal trainer has not paid any attention towards health and fitness
The trainer rahul ambore is has become neglectant towards me after i paid money and when i asked to change trainer the are refusing it they are also refusing to refund fees and also not changing the trainer.
So i m stuck in between them
The trainer was on hoilday for nearly 2 months for his marriage and didnt give chager to proper person
Now as i have paid money they have become careless towards me and not listening to my any request even though the manager
And the trainer is is not allowing to check the attendance record

In starting they butter you but as soon as you join you will come to know the exact gray shades of this gym. Higher authority will not support you. They will threaten you like we will throw you out. But who are they, even if you go to talk to higher authority, they will not respond you properly. You will not be able to focus on gym. You will go, waste your time, no work out and come home by wasting money. Total waste gym and worst place to join.

I joined talwalkars Agra about two months back. First of all At the time of joining all of the personal trainers are very sweet and Act like trustworthy but as soon as I joined they were very ignoring and just in the greed of the money they asked me to pay the amount for six months membership as it would result beneficial for me. I saw these attitudes for about 15 days and after that there was nothing like I hired a personal trainer I saw these attitudes for about 15 days and after that there was nothing like I hired a personal trainer. What a personal trainer does make you exercise According to the need of your body but they were just pulling you like all others doing whatever. Once I paid the full amount they transferred Me from personal trainer to the general trainer to which I refused that why should I pay for the personal trainer then . Now nothing went well and I complained them that I am facing problems with my knees and my back so kindly make me exercise according to my body to which they ignored.Saying that it happens when you join a gym. on my way back to home I fall down from the corridor of the gym and doctor suggested me not to exercise heavily in the gym as it would worsen the conditions . Now I am asking them to refund my money as I won’t be able to do any exercise in the gym according to the doctor prescription. But they are all greedy persons just doing this thing like a business for the money and making people fool. They are such a creep that when you don’t join the gym they would pressurise you, you will get the result you will make an marvellous change in your body and then after when you join just after single day they don’t know who you are what you do and what are you suffering from. People hire a personal trainer because they want personal attention in the gym otherwise there are so many gyms in the city that anybody can join anywhere why Talwalkar just for the name. Sick people have some generosity. They said we are here will give you 100% refund if you don’t get results and all.Dude We pay not to waste but to get results . I want my refund. And suggest everybody not to join Talwalkar as they are greedy creeps. When I joined they said you will able to come daily if you wont we will call you message you why aren’t you coming and then just after the paying money there was nothing. Now it’s more than one and half month that I am not going to the gym and I didn’t received a single call. Hope will get results with this complaint. And help me get refund.

My membership plan is all in one where the manager asked me to pay 25k around.. promising the services like reduce, nuform etc . And 1k extra for that nuform suit
1.Its been over 10months, i haven't received my reduce ..im tired of asking the branch manager.. there are many more members like me who are literally frustrated by the management...they too didn't receive the same.
2. MANY TIMEs i have waited in the nuform room like half an hour for a trainer to come and train me.. i have also faced a time whre there is no ladies trainer to fix that electric jacket.. its very embarrassing
3. Also a day i went for shower following my massage session.. where there was no water available.. literally, I had to wear my fresh clothes over that oily body .. and the excuse was the generator got burnt.. so you should have checked beforehand giving the message or should have kept and an alternative?😣
4.the talwalkers official app does not work at all
5. routine measurements and workout plans are never updated
6. mANY TIMEs general trainers are not available on the floor
7. sometimes the floor stinks badly

Now I think that I have made a very bad decision joining [protected]@ranchi ..they just want to convince people with a blabbering mouth and fool them promising such services.. and very fast at selling the membership plan.. so not professional.. i have dwelled in the cities Bombay and Delhi in the past years but there the people actually care.. i hope talwalkers would take care of the Ranchi branch because it is deteriorating everyday. Customer satisfaction is ### and its all the fault of the manager i guess. Please interview before hiring! And stop hiring underage kids! 😒

I have taken 1 year membership at talwakrs gym amritsar and now i shifted to gurgaon and i want to transfer my membership to my mother but gym manager refuses to do so and also harasses my mother as she went 4-5 times to gym to get membership transferred. Also they wasted my 2-3 months for this. Even did not freezes my membership. When i took yearly membership they told me that i can easily get these benefits of transfering and freezing but now they refuses. They just want to sell their memberships generate business nothing else..6-7 months left at that time wasted my membership. Will not recommend this gym to anyone. Gold gym is much much better than this. Poor staff

This is in reference to my last complaint letter which i wrote to you on... As a grievant customer i expected the management to respond at the earliest. I was promised that the loss of my shoes will be closely enquired but i wasn't given any follow up on any such enquiry.
Post the unsatisfactory service and response by your management i tried to talk to the gym management myself and was appalled to note that the management tried to bribe me and i was stringently asked not to write any more complaint letters to the authorities, also they have accepted the theft and are forcing me to settle.
The attitude and behavior of with which the gym management mr. Parmesh and ganshyam responded was insulting, and to my perplexment i fail to understand as to how is such a brand like talwarkar hiring such unprofessional and unscrupulous employees, who would settle a customers grievance by bribing them.
What happened was a clear act of theft and if the management cannot compensate fairly for a grievant customer who has been a member of the gym for a couple of years now, then its only indictive to the incompetence of the management and the authorities shadowed under the brand name of talwarkar.
My experience with your services has been autrocious, however i still look forward to the authorities to fairly compensate and respond to my letter at the earliest.
Ps: management kept saying that there is no use of further mailing, everything is under our control, this is the last time i am mailing you, if i don’t get a proper response, legal action shall be taken in consumer court. @talwarkars as raonagar.

Subject: dissatisfaction with service

Respected sir
I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the response provided to me on the loss of my nike shoes. I have been a member of your gym from past three years, and my timings are 8:30 to 10 pm. As rao nagar branch.
On... I was rushing out of the gym at 10 pm since it was closing time, i left my nike shoes in the gym locker room by mistake. I phoned the gym the next morning to enquire about the shoes and i got an affirmative response, and i was asked to collect them in the afternoon.in the afternoon when i went to the gym to collect the shoes, the staff members denied the possession of my shoes. I further requested them to check the cctv footage of the gym, but i was treated with an aloof and laid back attitude from them.
My shoes are expensive and are of limited edition, it's imperative for me to have them back. I did bring this issue to the notice of the management but all in vain. It was really unprofessional behavior by the staff members who kept me waiting and did not provide me with a follow up on the complain, i was given inadmissible reasons that the staff has been changed. There were other complaints of losses too which were never addressed by the management. This is a clear act of theft from your management side and i demand to get my shoes back or refund the money. Im highly unsatisfied with the service provided.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a stringent action. I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days.

I want to leave the gym as the behavior of the staff is not good towards me.
Before paying the fee they were behaving well but after getting mine and my other five friend's fee their way of behavior changed.
I feel uncomfortable in such an atmosphere and i can not focus on my workout.
I would like to get back my fee refund and never step in talwalkars again.

My name is vishal dutt sharma and i am a member of your fitness center gwalior branch madhya pradesh. Because of some reasons you have close your gwalior branch but this is very paintful that you guys dont care about refund i have make many call to your employee mr aehmad and mr amit bansal but they guys not reciving our calls i cant understand how to get my refund. Shame on you guys after six month you are not giving my refund please do the needful other wise i will go to consumer forum.

I am a regular customer of your mangalore branch. I have faced many issues in the recent months as mentioned below:
1. The leaves are declared without much notice and there is no official leave calendar. There should be a calendar visible to all the customers which will display the list of yearly leaves.
2. The gym timings on weekend (Sunday) needs to be changed to 5:30am to 1pm instead of 9:00am to 1pm.
3. There is a lack of general trainers in the gym there is should be atleast 1 general trainer. There is no doubt on the quality of equipments it is top notch and we'll maintained.
4. I trust this place hence i'm part of talwalkars since many years but i'm quite disappointed with recent management system. I request you to take this issue seriously and i'm waiting for your response.

I enrolled with shyamal, ahmedabad branch of talwalkar's gym. I had purchased a 3 months gym package for 7800/- and a personal training package for 21500/-. However, i was transferred by my company after just 15 days and till then i had utilized just 6/39 personal training sessions.

I contacted the branch for refund but they outrightly said that they do not refund the amount. I understand that the whole gym business earns profit mainly from the lapsed customers who take memberships and don't turn up. But i had taken one of the most premium packages and couldn't use even 20% of it. I don't expect complete refund, but i need atleast an amount (Around 10, 000/-) that i can use to enroll in some other gym in delhi.

@management of talwalkar - i joined this gym upon getting a reference from another member. Don't make me regret the decision of joining talwalkar. The way you address this complaint will determine what kind of message i spread around me about the brand.

My name is shilpa chawla and i am associated with ur gym in kota branch since may 2013 and my husband mr. Pawanpreet bedi is working out in talwalkars kota from 2011. We have been exercising religiously in your gym since so many years but i am extremely sorry to say that the customer service provided by the front desk staff is “pathetic”.
I got myself enrolled in ur latest all in one offer which inludes sessions of :
Zorba, nuform, massage, gym/cardio, nutrition counselling, 1 week reduce diet
Which costed me around 23600rs. (Gst included)
Zorba sessions are wonderful, our trainer ms. Supriya verma is very hard working and friendly but i am still waiting for the nuform machine to arrive and when i ask the managers about the machine they have no concrete answers and are just lingering on month after month plus they are demanding extra 1000rs for the nuform jackets which was not told when i got myself enrolled. This is highly unethical and unacceptable.
Last year i was highly disappointed by the facilities given by talwalkars as the trainers on the gym floor seem to be least bothered about the people who are exercising, they never correct the postures if we are doing wrong exercises which may lead to injuries.
Abs session, kick boxing etc. Sessions which they say will be of 30 to 45 minutes only last for maximum 10 minutes and are only done to click pictures for publicity and to lure and fool customers.
I will appreciate i[censored] will take strict action for this as if this will continue then me and my husband along with many members will discontinue as our mazor circle of friends are very upset with the services and many have already left and joined newly opened good gyms (Gold’s, reeboot, urja etc.). Talwalkars kota has already lost many good cutomers due to bad customer service and uninterested managing staff and has lead to negative publicity by the disappointed customers.
Kindly take the needful action. I will be highly obliged.

I am a member of talwalkar gym at ghaziabad branch. I also have a massage package with the gym.
The customer care at ghaziabad centre is one of the most pathetic experience i have ever had in my life. The staff of this centre is completely unprofessional and unconcerned about any of the customer basic requirements. They have enough time to chat within themselves and keep on eating but do not have time to book appointments or attend to a non working steam room. There is absolutely no concern was someone else's time and schedule. Why does a staff does not note down appointments??? The steam room out of order since couple of days and still not fixed??? Talwarkar only concentrates on getting more customers without being least bothered about existing customers. The manager of ghaziabad branch also hardly does anything ever whenever a concern is brought to his notice. Your branch is full of incompetent staff and unprofessional people.

Iam ( MID: 9259365 ) writing to complain about the poor service that was rendered to me at your Ulsoor Centre on Sept 9th 2017 at 11.45 AM. I had booked the 12 to 1 PM slot 1 week in advance but I had to wait for an hour at the centre as multiple bookings were done. Mine is not the only instance, same problem was faced by other members which I have witnessed at your Ulsoor centre during the waiting. At the time of Joining I had expressed my inability to avail the services on work days & had requested them to accommodate me during the weekends for 11am slot as I need to have the massages regularly for health Issues. But in the 3 months period I could manage to get only 8 slots. Further, to make matters worse, yesterday I had to request to switch on the steam bath post massage. The towels provided are worn / torn and unhygienic. I insisted for speaking to someone at Head Office and asked for Contact no.for complaining then and there but they failed to provide till 5.20 PM inspite of my waiting at your Centre. The manager is not available at the centre and I had sought his interference once previously too. The Members are at the mercy of your front office staff.

I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated this way and believe you should be made aware of the happenings at your centre. There is an urgent and an immediate need for an App based booking of slots as in other Fitness centre to avoid manual interference. Its been a week and none of you is bothered to respond to the complaints of the members. This shows the indifferent attitude of the company in servicing of its Members - disgusting, pathetic !!

I trust that this is not the way that TALWALKARS does business and that my concern will be addressed along with necessary actions to avoid occurrence of such incident to other Members thereby harming the reputation of the Organisation. Hopefully you will keep up your levels of Excellence.

My name is shuchi khanna i was a member of talwalkars gym in varanasi i was registered in january 2016 and in fab i conceived so my doctor said i cannot continue with gym anymore but my problem is that no one in your centre informed me that i can hold my membership and can continue after pregnancy or after some period of time due to which i have lost total amount of 15000 of my membership and i have only used it for 2 months so either help me out to continue my remaining 10 months of gym or at least refund me some of that amount because it was unutilized throughout the year thank you

After six months of joining no exercise card is provided. No receipt from talwalkar is given. When made a query at the reception i was treated in an inhuman way. I wanted to know about the period left for personal trainer but i was not allowed to see the dairy on the pretext that it's a property of talwalkar. The receptionist was behaving like the owner of the gym and listening to me. What should i do next?

Talwalkar gym rdc ghaziabad has the most pathetic services, sense less & unprofessional people. What the management wants is only money. My sister got stuck in lift for more than 45mins wherein gym asst. manager, manager and on floor staff didn't even bothered to help her out even after calling them regressively, no one did not asked her for water or any other medical help. Although as in formalities and so called paper work they ask one if they have any medical or health issue. We asked our local electricians to help us to get her out on immediate basis as she started feeling suffocated and about to faint. Though when all our knowns were their to help her out and also had asked management to help us they said "it is not our call/responsibility to turn our head and see whether she is well or not, we cannot leave our ac cabins and it is time to look on meetings with upcoming clients.
This message is in regard to urge responsible designated people to help us and to take some serious action against the whole staff which was there and not ready to help us in possible way.

It is with great regret that i submit this letter as formal notification of my indefinite leave of absence due to unforeseen illness. You have already received my medical certificate dated 17th may 2017 as per mira road branch manager mr. Manish.
After receiving comments from talwalkar team my believe has faded from this branch of talwalkar.
Management says my reports are to old, and seeing my wife report they are saying its recent report they need older report. Stupid excuses are given by management.
I have also put up the mail to talwalkar care team which dated 6th july 2017 but they least bother to respond.
Finally come to an conclusion of discontinuing my membership after expiry of my membership.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert as soon as possible.
