Hi I had 10 months left in my gym membership before talwalkars mangalore shutdown for business. There's no way for me to communicate with anyone to negotiate a refund. They intentionally took members in knowing that they will run out of business soon. This a fraud case where the gym operators intentionally took in new members fully knowing that they will be unable to provide the services to workout for the whole year. The staff on the front desk needs to be called in for questioning. I would like to recover my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, this is Binita Chakravarty a member of talwalkar Guwahati gym the gym closed without any information in the month of November 2019 and even after repeated mails and calls about immediate refund no help. I'm legally entitled to refund.Please help as soon as possible.

I had 6 months left in my gym membership before Talwalkars - Vile Parle East, shutdown for business. i took the membership on 25th February 2020 and have done the workout for only 15 days whereafter since 15th March 2020 there was nationwide lock down due to corona virus pandemic. When i came to check the Gym status on 8th August 2020, i found a notice stuck on the main door which says "DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF DUES BY TALWAKARS BETTWE VALUE FITNESS LTD THIS FACILITY IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED AS PER THE LAW. BY ORDER".
