Talwalkars Fitness Solution — Trainer irresponsible & Paid bill not received

We paid amount Rs.17720 on Feb 28th, 2021 through phone pe to a Trainer (Arun) (Talwalkars Gym, Kakinada) for (1 month Personal training & 3 month membership) we didn't receive bill yet, and also we have a doubt that paid amount is correct or that trainer cheated us with wrong figure

PT only given 13 days during the month of March, 2021 & April month no PT training given, does PT training only for alternate days?? It's a cheating, After this issue raised PT trainer call us & told he will pay one month PT by his own, why he has to pay for us?? we need proper explanation or I will post it on social also move on to other sources, we just need proper explanation, we are lower middle class family it's very hurting
