Dear sir/mam,
I am uma maheswaran from no.5a, church road, annai indra nagar, peerkankaranai, chennai-63.
I am here by sending this mail to bring to your inmediate notice about the unsanitary drainage system, open pit in the road and unsuitable roads for transport in my area.

Putting forward to you in detail about the issues we are being affected seriously from :
1. Open drainage and pit:

The open drainage in my locality is now home for mosquitoes, retails and becoming breeding place for them. The young ones and elderly people are vulnerable to malaria, dengue, viral fever, etc. Please have a look at the image of the open drainage where u can see hundreds of mosquitoes.

Also it makes it very uncomfortable to smell and live through seeing open drainage tracks all over the area.

2. Unsuitable road for transport
The roads in my living area are very much damaged by rainfall and lack of maintenance, which is now becoming a life threat to my fellow travellers. I am sure that it is unacceptable in our honourable cm sir mr. Eps’s government, who is working hard for the wellbeing of the citizens.
And i am sure that the new roads will be laid soon for the public. Please see the life which we are experiencing day to day from this picture attached.

I am in perumalkovil street, ward no. 28, irumbuliyur. The street was dug a year ago for putting drainage pipes. The pipes were laid. During the process several drinking water lines were broken and repaired several times. At least a minimum of 20 times the road was dug and closed. Now the condition of the road is very very poor. It is requested to kindly relay the road on top priority since this is the only major road in this area which is the gateway for the entire irumbuliyur, ttk nagar, perungalathur, etc. An immediate action will be highly appreciated.

Hi sir, i am residing in ward no 32, tambaram west, cto colony, 2nd street.
There are more than 15 children are playing regularly in our street.
There are no speed breakers available in our street except 1.
So, all 2 wheelers are crossing the children very rashly.

I request you to put atleast 3 speed breakers in our street to reduce the speed of the 2 wheelers.

Plenty of people throws their garbage in front of our apartment even though panchayat worker collected garbage each house directly.. We couldn't walk on the road as the garbage makes a bad smell.. So i request you to take action to remove the garbage completely from here. I share the location.

The municipal garbage bins outside artithaa /stepsstone apartments in service road, chennai bypass, west tambaram has not yet been cleared after diwali by your men. The two bins are full and the area around it is also filled with the garbage dumped by somany unknown people, posing a health hazard to the residents apart from the pungent odour due to rain. Your municipality also collects around rs 100/ — permonth per flat (Total 76 flats in artithaa) along with the property tax but virtually no satisfactory service in cleaning the garbage is done on regular basis. Further no health authorities from the municipality visits these facilities to monitor whether the garbage removal is done regularly and the area around is kept clean. Hence it is requested to arrange to clear the over accumulated garbage from the bins and the surrounding area immediately inorder to ensure the clean environment for the people living in the area. Sir,
Gandhi park situated in east tambaram is a boon to general public. During vardha cyclone, most of the fencing in the park either damaged or fell down. 1. 1) the situation leads to animals entering into park, two wheelers parked inside the park (Eastern side).
2) the park walkway both inside walking the track and outside walking track are not cleaned. This can be at least done once in 2-3 days.
3. Water overflows from the tank (Suitable measure can be taken to prevent water wastage

With few fine-tuning, the park becomes the wonderful place for public

We are staying in chitlapakkam, in one of the apartment in g d naidu street, balaji avenue, chitlapakkam, chennai -600073 person build a car parking on top of public drainage kava. When objected he is not ready to accept and he is not listening to our concern. I have attached the photos for your reference. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest because its the monsoon seen where we can expect more rain and it might be a double work for us in case if the water clogs into the pipe

I am a living common man in west tambaram area. From mullai nagar, 4 the cross, shanthi nagar extension. (Near arri karai). Water stagnated this place so many mosquitoes r there. Snake, frog and so and so insects r there. Small child and oldege ppl r here. Child r affected virus and malaria fever. (Dengue too). I request you so take action and clean this place. You don't clean today. I take action against municipality and so and so department...

My name is isaac my mother suffering from dengue fever. There is no awaress given by goverment. Request you to give need of awarness about *dengue fever*
And need to give natural medicine to dengue fever. And also please provide equipments of things which is avoide to dengue.

My name is s. Y. Jaffar hussain and i have one readymade shop in the name of "style look mens wear" in the location of no.24, agaram mainroad, indira nagar, selaiyur, chennai-73. I successfully run my business 3years itself but now a days business hasbeen colaborate due to ur municipality dustbin here in front of our shop.. So much of smell will come to our shop inside so how customer will come to our shop.. I already manytimes told to ur municipality staffs but they can't response.. So please kindly take some action for removing ur municipality dustbin from our front of shop..

Already 3 yr old kid reported dead due to dengu fever. Not another 15 yr old kid was affected by dengu in this area. Please take quick/necessary action. Put smoke treatment in that area.

This has been already reported multiple times and no action taken. Please think about kids and take neccessary action as soon as possible. Also lot of street dogs, please clear them out as well.

Whenever there is a rain, street is full of sewage water and we cant even walk in the street even after rain stops and it is lasting for two three days...
And we have complained about this several time to tambaram, but no one taking action on this... Please find the photos attached...,,, if this is the case when it rains sometimes, just think how we can live if it rains continuously..

The website of tambaram municipality has to be developed as public friendly. All the services and information have to be known to the public through website and it should be user friendly. Although the website is available it is of no use. The commissioner has to focus for the innovative mission should not function like routine clerk. When small panchayat has developed technologically why not this municipality. Even the public are not able...

Garbages are not cleaned regularly in Mumoorthy avenue main road, Kaspapuram, Chennai -73. This causes garbages dumped everywhere in roads and generating mosquitoes problem. Complained registered in local office but action has been taken.

Also light lamps in streets are not serviced after Wardah cyclone. So most of the street lights are not working properly.

I request you to please fix these problems as soon as possible.

Basing on the request/submission of the facts to the SE EB OF TAMILNADU, a damaged Electric pole has been replaced by a fresh one in front of Plot no. 110 3rd street, Krishna Nagar, Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45.
But the existing street light on the old pole was not shifted by them recently when they errcted the new pole, probably because the action of making the street light as functionable duly shifting it to the new pole may not rest on them.
So kindly look into this at your earliest.

Myself Sunil residing in No.28 Antony Street East Tambaram in my Mother In law house. Water drainage system is blocked for so many days and so many mosquitos entering inside my house and my whole family got sick due to Mosquitos.
Kindly consider my case and clean the Water drain system on immediate basis .Since most of the people health gets affected kindly consider the same for appropriate action and solution

Sir,
This is about the construction of humps illegally on Janaki Raman Street, Selaiyur. The exact location is just adjacent to the Bharat petrol pump which is on the right side on the way from camp road junction to Bharath university.
Hope to take action as soon as possible since this cause damage to vehicles and people travelling on bike.

A big tree fell down in the cyclone in our street and leaning on a BSNL post in front of our house at 24 Rathnakumar Avenue Irumbuliyur west Tambaram.
we our self cleared some branches which was blocking the road and complained to the supervisor concerned in person immediately and till date no action has been taken. the tree may fall at any time and cause major losses to life, vehicles or property. Kindly take necessary action immediately before something serious happens

Dear sir
I live in ambal nagar which is near to als nagar madambakkam. the pipeline in ambal nagar got broken and water is leaking in large quantiy in morning from 09/11/16
its in main street in ambal nagar near provision shop.please repair the pipes as soon as possible because large amount of water is getting wasted.the pipe is broken from underground.
