While appreciating various development activities taken up by tambaram municipality, one of the most important services to provide bus stand for the people who travel toward southern part of the state by private busses standing hours together opposite to Hindu mission hospital during night time left un noticed. It is pathetic to see a lot of people from childhood to old age standing without any shelter for them to sit and to keep their luggage safely. If the municipality could construct bus shelters over there, so many people will be benefitted every day.

This is to bring to your Kind notice that in west tambaram near Kulakarai bus stop (Melandai Ist cross street) there is lot of nuisance of street dogs during night and day times. The population of dog goes on increasing in our area .Due to which public cannot walk in street. Many night shift people are staying near our home facing lot of problems.

தாம்பரம் நகராட்சியிலுள்ள நாய்கள் கருத்தடை சிகிச்சை பகுதியில் உரிய மருத்துவர் கருத்தடை செய்வதாக தெரியவில்லை. நாய்கள் பிடிக்கும் நபர்களே கருத்தடை செய்வதாக தெரிகிறது. பயங்கர துருநாற்றம் வீசகிறது. நாய்களுக்கு தனி அரைகள் இல்லை. பிடித்துவரும் பெரிய நாய்களுக்கு கருத்தடை செய்யவேண்டும். இதற்கிடையில் பிறந்து ஒருவாரம் இருக்கும் குட்டிநாய் பிடித்து வராங்க தனி அரைல வைக்கமாற்றங்க எல்லா நாய்கள் மொத்தமா வைக்கிறாங்க. நேற்று இரவு 2 மணிநேரம் குட்டிநாய் கத்திகிட்டே இருந்தது ஜன்னல் வழியாக எட்டி பார்த்தா பெரிய நாய் குட்டிநாய் கண் கடிச்சி குட்டிநாய் கண்ணு தெரியாம துடித்தப்படியே இருந்தது. கருத்தடை செய்யும் பகுதியில் எந்த அதிகாரி தொலைபேசி எண்யில்லை. ஏதிர்வரும் நாட்களில் இதுபோன்ற தவறு எதுவும் நடக்காதவகையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு தயவுசெய்து கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். எழுத்து பிழையிருந்தால் மன்னிக்கவும்.

Kalaingar Street, Vinoba Nagar, IAF Road.

The above given address, has no road at all, Its in a very bad condition. I just cant beleive this area is Indian Air Force base area. This is what our Indian air force standards are upto.
There are many number of houses situated in this street. Everybody facing problems everyday due to the road condition.
This is the only street where there is no road, the other streets are all well with good roads. "Kalaingar Street" --> This is the only street where there is no road + the drainage is worse. This is all because of coruption. The ex counsilor of this area is causing all these issues because the area people did not vote for him instead voted for a good person all three times. All because of coruption there is no road here since a long time It is being very difficult for the people staying here.

This issue has to sent to central govt.

Please look after this issue.

We request your support to lay a road in front of MCC Campus school - Air Force Road Tambaram East as it is badly damaged due to rains and children find it extremely difficult to commute.

Pls help as this is a school area and needs to be addressed immediately.

respected sir/madam, im a resident from krishna nagar, west tambaram, actually the mudichur road from tambaram flyover is too small and is always full of traffic, it would be could if could increase the size of the road so that the traffic would be reduced drastically.

The garbage vehicle does not stop at our house to collect garbage. before i bring the garbage he /she moves away cycling the vehicle four houses away and he/she says to come and give we have to run behind them. Even if i place the garbage on the compound wall, it is left as it is and falls down in the evening by crows and my area becomes scattered with garbage.

Kalpana Nagar is a small lane and has about 15 houses and has a single road, which connects to Velachery Main Road (the other end is a dead end). Few years back culverts were put up on both sides to enable rain water flow - problem caused by raising road levels. Recently one restaurant was allowed to operate here and they divert all their water, including that of their toilets into this culvert. They seem to be not worried. Water is just...

Sir, Davamani Promoter is constructing a flat of seven houses, three in the first and second floor each, one at the ground floor with car parking at No.1 Bhavanandiar St, Kamarajapuram, under Sembakkam Municipality adjucent to the complainant individual house. The promoter has left a setback of a feet and a half through out the site. Even plastering work of the building has to be done by standing in the neighboring site only. This promoter will sell and go off. The user of the flat has to spit on the neighbors site only. This kind of nuisance is already happening at the back side of my house. If nobody interferes with, this is going to happen from the other side of my house. Will anybody lend their ears to this complaint and render justice. Sivagurunathan.

Respected Sir/Madam, Currently we are living in below mentioned address. In our street there is no proper road and street light facility. Nearly 20Family's are using this road. Because of the poor road and street light people's are suffering to use the road after 6PM(IST). Please take necessary action to resolve our problem

Due to the drainage opened on Rajaji St on Aadhi nagar selaiyur lot of mosquitoes found on the street and causing the surrounding the worst.Please try to reduce teh mosquitoes by applying mosquito bombs which emits high smokes on the locality by corporation officials.

Recently the road was dug for preparing to lay road which is pending since more than two years.
During the process poclaim machine was used and a manhole (for future underground drainage) was damaged and the lid also gave way. Any two wheeler or person walking may fall and get injured.
Nobody from municipality visited the place while road work was going on.
Secondly they have spread gravel/blue metal and kept like that for more than ten days.
We do not know when tar/cement would be applied and the road made a pucca one.
Previously the uneven mud road seems better than the present unfinished road.
Firstly I request that the damaged manhole may be repaired to avoid accidents and injury to people.
I hope the concerned officials would take note and do the needful.

During this work those people are spoiling and damaging my earned properties like clothes, vehicles, etc and also walls, windows and compound. Dear Sir / Madam,

We are residing @ Uma Nagar, Rathina Kumar Avenue, TTK Nagar Extention.

Our residential area is a drain system @ the time of rain ( 4 Month a yr) continuously. Due to which we are facing the following problems,
01) It is difficult to walk in the street & too there is no street light
02) More Mosquito
03) Very bad smell
04) Ground water gets polluted

There is no street light & proper road, We are paying Tambaram corporation TAX every year without delay but no use!

BURNING OF PLASTICS every day is the major problem in our area which pollutes the air and cause various diseases... Cancer / Austhma / TB and etcs...


Please kindly consider this petition @ high priority ASAP...

There has been no garbage removal on the mudichur road west tambaram near to the laxmipuram stopping. They clean daily on the EAST side of the road since thye have hotels run by the local coounsellor, but they do not clean it on the west side all the way from the petrol bunk to the TASMAC. There are piles and loads of garbage lying on the road side for days now.

Sir, I am S.Lakshmi Selvam, residing at plot no;3a, rishab avenue, rajarajeswari nagar, rajakilpakkam, east tambaram.My neighbour Ganamoorthy who is residing at plot no;2, rishab avenue, rajarajeswari nagar, rajakilpakkam, tambaram east.He construct his drainage out of his compound wall and it always overflow and the drainage water run into my compound and also along the road.There is always bad smell and we could not walk or ride on the road.We already told him please change your drainage direction .But he never hear my words still the drainage is overflow.Please consider my complaint and take action on him.Thanking you.

Dear Respected Sir,


While appreciate the various measure
taken by the Tambaram Municipality in addressing the issues pertaining to
provision of civic amenities, we wish to state that there are certain flaws
that go unnoticed. Encroachment of storm
water drains has become common practice among residents. One blatant violation
has taken place on Old
MES Lines, East Tambaram, where a resident has constructed a step and slope
on the drain. This will result the Rain Water will stagnate in front of the
other Houses. Already in our Western Side of the street there more
encroachment. We are able to enter in to our street only through Eastern side.


When residents objected to this practice, he
vehemently opposed our effort to sensitise him on the dangers of this blatant
encroachment. Representations to the elected representative have not yielded
any result so far. Hence, we request you to visit the place once to ascertain
the situation and take the remedial action.


Hope you understood the plight of the residents and
your prompt action in this regard will be much appreciated.

Dear Sir,

The solid waste management in Camp Road area in Selaiyur, Tambaram municipality has been apalling. The current process of solid waste management is inadequate for the amount of garbage getting collected in the area. Inspite of sanitary workers showing up to work every day, garbage is littered all over the road through out the day. Garbage can be found in Sriramnagar (100 feet road-Next to Bharathi school, Opp to Selaiyur Telephone Exchange, near by Shakthi Gardens apartment), Ganesh nagar, Tambaram-Velachery main road - Camp road junction (next to Tasmac shop). Apart from the foul smell and mosquitos/insects surrounding the garbage, unattended cows pull away the uncollected garbage causing more nuisance and also cause traffic issues.

Please inspect the Sriramnagar, Camp road junction area and kindly improve the sanitory conditions in the area.
