Hi,

My Street was completely blocked by bikes and its difficult from outside vehicles to enter even the auto rickaws.
Today the garbage collecting van couldn't able to enter the street and we used to come to main road to throw the garbages. So municipality should take neccessary steps.

I am having three flats one at Tambaram East and other two at Tambaram Sanatorium area in my name as well as in my son’s name. I am paying the property tax and underground drainage charges through online every time without any delay whenever it is notified in TNURBANEPAY site. Recently on scrutiny of the TNURBANEPAY site I had noticed some incentive scheme has been introduced after I had paid all my property tax and UDC. So I request you to kindly extend the same incentive scheme for me also since I had paid all the taxes timely without any delay. Pattern of payment can be verified with your office payment records if needed. Details of payment made are given below. For your kind ready reference copy the Property Tax Receipts and UDC Receipt are attached with a request to do the needful in this regard.
Till date eligible incentive amount has not been credited to my account or kept in advance amount against the assessment number account.

3. My Claim is that the payment receipt has not been generated under my name after submission.

Madambakkam bus route 31G is not coming in time and the bus is also looks not maintained properly especially due to rain even if glasses are closed also it is raining inside. it is very difficult to travel since seats are wet and the glass window is also sometimes broken and sometimes not able to life up or down.

This is regarding Loud speaker menace in Madambakkam Dhenupureeswarar temple for the past 2 days till 5th July 2023.
They are starting it around 6.00 AM and upto 9.30 AM. Sometimes
after 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM. In the Evening from 5.00 PM to 9.00 PM
for the past 2 days till 5th July 2023 until the kumbabishekam ends.
Please ask them to play softly or ask them before 1 or 2days instead of the whole week.Please ask them to restrict their playing of loud speakers in the morning and evening.

My name is Sathish Kumar and I'm the Association member in Invicon SSFE Apartments in Krishna Nagar, 6th street, West Tambaram. I'm writing to you regarding the recent spike in the dog menace in our apartment premises. Stray rabid dogs have been causing havoc to our society, barking and chasing at the residents and hence our residents especially kids are very scared to use the common pathways.

Requesting your help to catch the stray dogs strolling in our apartments urgently to avoid any injury to the residents.

For past 10 days, garbage vechicle did not come to collect garbage and also there is no common dustbin to put garbage

Nuisance of street dogs at iyencherry urapakkam

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your Kind notice that in 18th cross street New colony area near by (BSNL telephone exchange) there is lot of nuisance of street dogs during night and day times. The population of dog goes on increasing in our area .Due to which public cannot walk in street.

Today 21/06/2023 My father was bitten by a dog and got injured.

This is my humble request to you to please pay attention on this note and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

In our area we are getting drinking water 10 to 15 days once only, where as the water pipeline are totally damaged while laying underground sewage water line and manholes construction, we have informed concern team and requesting to expedite the action for pipe line rectification

Kindly take action so that water can be saved

No trash bins available near sembakkam nisha avenue 2nd extension. It is very hard for us to dispose the waste. Your staffs are coming very early in alternative days and it is not easy for all the people to put the waste at that time. Kindly put trash bins in sembakkam areas to avoid the garbage disposed in public places. I saw some places where garbage is thrown in road sides and empty plots. So pls put trash bins like we see in chennai city areas.

In kiskinta road and service road and inside streets many 100s dogs roaming and frighten public and children sometimes bite same problem in mudichur road from service road junction towards outer ring road. Please take necessary action.

I am a resident from Thirumalai nagar 1st main road, Sembakkam. There is an issue with garbage disposal. Unfortunately we don't see the disposal team picking up trash regularly due to which the garbage lies at home for days.
The staff have no fixed days or timings. We don't know when they will come. Also most of the time there is no awareness that the staff have come over to collect garbage as there is no kind of notification or bell or anything that can be heard. As many people are working with morning shifts it is difficult if the staff come to pick up the garbage late. Due to cows and dogs we can't even leave the trash outside our gates for the staff to collect.
There are no dustbins anywhere to be found where we can go and dump the garbage.
Living with garbage at home which is being accumulated for days may cause various issues like pests infiltration which may lead to health risks at home.
It is understandable that it's difficult to send in people for clean up due to different types of housing constructions (row house/buildings/row house with multiple tenants etc) but it is a request to kindly allot big dustbins in all areas so that people have an option to dispose the garbage there rather than throwing it anywhere and making the streets dirty.

We reside in David street West tambaram. The garbage collection vehicle is not coming to our area daily. The bins provided at street ends are also removed. Your people collect garbage once in three days (We are not sure when they will come). Till then these garbage is kept in the house. When you advise throwing garbage is not healthy, what about keeping and living with same inside the house. Advise your concerned staff and arrange to collect daily basis.
Another issue is even they come they come to collect the garbage at around 11am or after. As you know most of the people leave for work early by 8 am. Nobody will be available to dispose the garbage at 11am or after. We want this to be actioned ASAP else people will start throwing the trashes in the streets if it prolongs.

I have paid my property tax to Tambaram / Anakaputhur through on-line portal on 7th April 2023. My new assessment number is 009/003/901816 and old number is 017/4498. I paid an amount of Rs. 1892
While the amount is debited in my account there is no acknowledgement or receipt from the portal. Please do the needful

Has paid property tax of Rs 3324 online through transaction id[protected] on 7th april 2023 for Assessment No. 009/067/903577 but the transactions are not reflecting in the portal - Request to kindly rectify the same and get the same updated in the portal

We are living in Sri ambal Nagar 7th Street, keelkatalai, garbage collection is not coming to our Street for the past 3days, and they are not maintaining any time zone if they come and we can't able to get noticed also. Mosquito keep increasing due to this action,
