Tamil Matrimony — committed services were not updated to the package for which amount is paid | |
Tamil matrimony representatives from guindy branch called me to pay classic package for 3500₹. They mentioned that if we go direct to guindy office and pay in check they will provide same package for 3300₹. But i opted online payment. They will give offers like 2 months profile highlighter 1 month extra validity (Based on package its 3 months only) And increase view phone number from 59 to 70. He asked me to pay the amount first and these will reflect in backend within half a day or 24 hrs... I asked it in writing but he told he can't give that but asked me to trust him based on humanity. He also gave his personal number to call and ask him if any problem occurred. But it has been 3 days, the told offers are not added. It displays the original offers mentioned in the online only. I called him but there were 2 other people spoke thru that number but not the guy who spoke to me when i paid the package. Now these people say that we need to call them after 90 days and request them to increase the days to 120. For view phone number he told he will do in 5 mins but it has been 14 hrs from now. No change reflected. The representatives were sudhakar, vijay, manikandan from guindy branch. Phone: +[protected], +[protected] This is the third time they are cheating like this. They talk talk talk for hours and hours and they cheat that they will update the backend once amount paid.
