Tamil Matrimony — Profile got downgraded to free member even after paying 20k without my consent

On Jan 2025, We took assisted Gold package. And on Feb 2025 it was downgraded to free member without our consent even after paying 20k. They didn't initiate any refund. I did mention to the assisted service manager to keep the services as it is till the marriage date except assisted manager feature as it might impact them. But they downgraded to free member and I am not getting any possible solution/response even after contacting customer care multiple times and sending out an email.
