Hi,

My name is Karthik Rajasekaran and i stay in Annanagar

I missed to pay my EB bill for the month of March. I stay alone @ home and i work. We are not sure when the EB people are coming and making note of the reading.

All of a sudden my Electiricity connection was disconnected on April 12th without any intimation. As a consumer i would like to have notice before something is been pulled out. There was no notice or even a sticker on the door saying it was pulled out.

I went and paid my bill y'day @ 11:30 am or so and the people in the front desk said they will restore it by 2:30 pm. But they dint do it at all. When i came back from office i never had power and i have to sleep the entire night without power. Today April 14 being an public holiday, i'm finding hard to get someone to fix it.

I would really appreciate if the government can take necessary action on these false promises.

I would also suggest the government to have some check point or some notice to the consumer before pulling out a service. This way the people will be alerted and will do the needful at the earliest.
