My electricity bill for jan-feb 2016 was rs. 4176. My earlier bill amount was rs. 670/- my account number is[protected]. Billing period in dispute is 28/12/2016 to 29/02/2016. Iahve verified my current coonsumtion / day based on tneb meter reading which is hovering/ day between 5 and 6 units. We are only 2 persons at home. We use water heater( 15 min daily), washing machine(1 hr daily), fridege & one 0.5 hp jet pump (1/2 hour daily). There...

Always 281 and 282 in Palani Town users can't pay their bills online after the meter reading is taken. Always showing "no records found".

Once majority paid through local EB office, then we have the access to payonline showing "Pay in advance"....

My name is wrongly entered rajamani instead of p.Sundararajan & sivagamasundari in eb database. And our another service connection[protected] address wrongly entered in ranganathapuram main road instead of kulatheri main road,

I request you to change it asap....

Sir I'm from nesapakkam, moovender Street, rajiv gandhi nagar, chennai -78. In our street there are two Street lamps, one at the entrance and another at end of the street. The street lamp at the end is not working for past 12 months. We gave letters to the councillors but it was not repaired yet..during evening and night time pitch dark surrounding here and we feel very unsafe. Please consider and repair our street lamp....

My home last four months before change my meter analog to digital. after change meter i feel more charges are taking place......

I would like to inform you that in our area there is often power cut during night time especially for single phase holders which gives inconvenience to students and working people.EB authorities are not responding for phone calls and they often speak rudely when we call in night time.So please take some action against it.Hope you will respond for this complaint...

i would like to inform you that the power line is passing beside home.we are facing very problem for that during rainy season..we are farmer.we have goats and cow.if it is fall down means its become very dangerous.
Already we have complained to Anthiyur EB Office.but no one going to take any action.hence i requested you to change that line route as much as possible.Plz do some favour for me.

Our metre are defective in the last month billing time, they assessing the unit according to the law last four month period. But they leaved the last bill and then they go back for the last two higher amount units and average it. Our last time usage is low because we working outside the district. Ph:[protected]...

2) why EB distribution line intruding my plot
3) who will bear the cost of EB distribution line re-routing
