Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — average shortfall amount high

Dear sir,
My consumer no is [protected]. For the month of march 2019, it was charged for 1080 units at rs. 5068/-. But, in actual just 550 units were consumed for rs. 2100/- max...

In addition to the above, there is an average shortfall of rs. 9406 is charged, but in my past history, there is no delay in payments.

Paying rs. 15104 against rs. 2100 max is affordable and hence pls reconsider the calculation.

There was a extra charge mentioned as AVERAGE SHORTFALL CHARGE. There was no due pending in my account. Its not fair adding extra charge.. Totally it indicating pay more than 5000 pending.. Kindly view the attached screenshot..

There is extra bill amount the name of average shortfall. We are paying eb bill very actively without any fail for the applicable month.But why we are still getting shortfall amount for this month. Kindly view the attached screenshot

As mentioned by above consumers of electricity i am also charged with average short fall of rs.3.537 why should i pay in excess of the said amount inspite of me paying my electrictiy bills on time ever time on or before due date mostly before due date itself.My consumer no.is[protected]
Dear Sir,

I have received my EB Bill 890 rs and am also present at the eb man calculated charge.But i received the extra charges for Average shorten fall rs 1060.But there is no delay payment in the past history.
