I send reading of my meter photo copy to respective person still no response and till now not update they updated the old reading of 2019...

I see the TNEB been given "Previous Assessment Amount Billed" but actual units billed not available in the bill, The charges are way too higher than actual consumption. Please review and get back to us.

This month in our house EB reading not calculated and but bill amount is doubled..
This Issue informed to EB department
for revised the bill amount as per the reading and also complaint raised to TNEB
But no response

on 22/03/21 old reading 7600 and used unit 240 amount is 350
on 25/05/21 new reading 7886 and used unit 286 amount is 620

We are living in Perumbakkam, Medavakkam Chennai south zone. There is a frequent power cut in our area. Daily it is about 2 hours. Work from home peoples are suffering due to this. Already compalined to 1912. Kindly take a action regarding this issue....

Electricity consumer number[protected] in the name of my wife - Leena Venkataraman. We have received a bill for Rs. 13175 vide bill dated 28/04/2021 to be paid by 31/05/2021. The Account description says 23100a-CC Arrears. Need more information as to why this is charged etc.

My consumer number is[protected] and my meter reading as on 21.05.2021 morning is 6321.9 and meter reading at the last bill was 5730 and total consumed for this bill is 591.9 units whereas the bill generated is showing 1030 units. I could notice a incorrect "previous assessment amount billed" in my current May 2021 charges and huge difference between previous cycle amount and current amount, used unit.
Last assessment cycle March 2021 we used 190 units and this assessment they have give a unit used of approximately 560 units.Request you to revisit and generate the correct billing amount .

I am Shankar last 8 month more billing amount I received I am using normal family using thinks. Not using Ac, I received every 2 month once metter reading below 450

My house meeter is not working since Oct 2020. I raised my first complaint at Manapakkam EB Office, Chennai. But after two weeks, they said, the complaint letter is missed.
