Address: No 10 gandhiban street vedhchalam nagar Chengalpattu

Hi,

Iam udhya pandian I was stayed in Chengalpattu and every two months my EB bill receive with minimum amount of 500 to 600 only. But in this time we received a bill 2500 rupee even In my home no ac and also used with limited electronics and my family was affected by covid so we never used a electronic items frequently . Kindly check this and let us know

    Hi,

    I live in Bharathiar Street of Vengadamagalam, pincode 127 where we are facing extreme power cut during lockdown as a result we are unable to take work from home due to this people are moving outside the home during pandemic.

    There is no response from Mambakkam EB when called not sure if people are actually working. Please do look into this issue as quickly as possible.

      Extension of cable needed but officers saying that software for extension related work is not working. can someone confirm this. If new software is taking time for golive, cant the old software can be taken into consideration.

        Address: No.10, Kaleeswarar Street Arul Murugan Nagar Ext., Keelkatalai

        Electric line in front of house rubbing against branches and creating spark and sound. It is an area where even small kids play so we have been complaining to TNEB no. 22581300 but the person keeps saying tomorrow. Its is very dangerous especially as its is windy season. Please kindly resolve this problem.

          I’m working from home. And I’m facing frequent power cut daily atleast for 3-5hours. Their is no reply from EB office. They keep the line busy.. Tried calling EB minister as well..             Address: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

            We have received a Bill for the Month of May 2021 of Rs. 10360. for 1600 units stating " Previous Assessment Amount Billed".

            But our last bill reading dated 22nd March 2021 : 22760
            Reading as on 26th May 2021 : 23176
            Total units consumed : 416

            Almost 1200 units extra, for the last one year, our billed amount is more than Rs.10000.

            How can for 416 units bill amount is 10360.

                I'm a single widow woman residing with my 95 years old father. I'm from Alangiam village, dharapuram, tiruppur district. I'm residing in farm house. For the past few weeks I'm witnessing power failure only in my home. Other lines are receiving electricity. I'm calling line man weekly and getting right. Now I'm in power cut. Please give permanent solution. Thank you.

                      I am working from home at Kattathurai, Kanyakumari district since last 1year. Observed whenever there is a small rain, the power supply goes off and is not restored for minimum 2 days.

                      Other normal days, every day there is power outage frequently for 10 to 15 times. We have complaint the EB office multiple times in vain.

                      The bill and service tax is paid on timely manner but the service and disruption is pathetic, can you please resolve the frequent power supply outage issue.

                          I am Karthikeyan from Anna Nagar, Chennai. I took a commercial site for Coaching Business in Anna Nagar East. Due to the government order, we have stopped the admission progress and shut down the coaching academy in April itself. But for the current EB billing its shown as Rs.32, 265. But for the last billing we paid is Rs.3, 322. As per the PMC calculation mentioned in the "CPRO Press Release dated 05.05.2020", it says last billing amount to be paid as PMC.
                          But the TNEB raised the billing with Rs.32, 264. During the Pandemic Situation, its unaffordable one for me. Before the billing date, I am requesting to correct it.
                          Also I raised the complaint in the TNEB online portal and the complaint completed without any actions.

                            The consumer number is [protected]. located in Periyar Nagar in Nehru Nagar East Coimbatore. This house is vacant for the past four months. Last bill amount is Rs.80/ only in March. Till now the house is vacant but bill amount is claimed Rs. 1846/ without taking reading. This is unacceptable Actually the bill amount should be zero since no usage and first hundred units are free. Hence I request either claim previous bill of Rs.80/ or claim actual amount after taking reading.

                                    We reside in pallikaranai, here we face regular power cuts for more than 2hrs per day. Even in night times they do the same and no response if we try to contact the eb office. Not even once they pick up the call. Please check and resolve the problem asap.
