    Our sc no.[protected]. power consumption bill for may 2021 with due date 14.6.2021is informed at rs.1846. we've have solar power connected tneb. Compared to previous billing, this amt is found to be higher. We apprehend that our solar power generation credit might not have been taken into account. Pl look into the same and do the needful. Thanks

              This month in our house EB reading not calculated and but bill amount is doubled..
              This Issue informed to EB department
              for revised the bill amount as per the reading and also complaint raised to TNEB
              But no response

              on 22/03/21 old reading 7600 and used unit 240 amount is 350
              on 25/05/21 new reading 7886 and used unit 286 amount is 620

              this corona bad panic situation, , there is no job and salary and
              not accepted this double amount of bills

                We are living in Perumbakkam, Medavakkam Chennai south zone. There is a frequent power cut in our area. Daily it is about 2 hours. Work from home peoples are suffering due to this. Already compalined to 1912. Kindly take a action regarding this issue.

                      Electricity consumer number[protected] in the name of my wife - Leena Venkataraman. We have received a bill for Rs. 13175 vide bill dated 28/04/2021 to be paid by 31/05/2021. The Account description says 23100a-CC Arrears. Need more information as to why this is charged etc.

                      I raised a complaint with TANGEDCO but reply came to visit office. How can one visit office at this time of lockdown. concerned officer should contact us and explain what this amount pertains to.

                        This is regarding the complaint against Sevapet EB service.

                        Today i have called and shared the current usage o[censored]nit consumption to jagadeesh working on EB office, as advised by him have shared the unit details to below numbers

                        [protected] - sevapetEB office number (attend person name - Jagadeesh)
                        [protected] - JE contact number.

                        But after multiple follow-up still the details are not updated and now the peoples are avoiding to take calls. Since the lockdown situations i am unable to go EB office. As per government update, i have been followed.
                        Please share the details for further escalation details to move this. This is happening every time taking reading by their or own as per them.

                                    Hi Respected Sir/Mam,

                                    I could notice a incorrect "previous assessment amount billed" in my current May 2021 charges and huge difference between previous cycle amount and current amount, used unit.
                                    Last assessment cycle March 2021 we used 190 units and this assessment they have give a unit used of approximately 560 units.Request you to revisit and generate the correct billing amount .

                                    We know due to pandemic COVID situation TNEB uses/generates "previous assessment amount" to current cycle, but this May 2021 charges for service number[protected] is totally incorrect with previous amount so please do the needful to correct the bill amount accordingly.
