I am Karthikeyan from Anna Nagar, Chennai. I took a commercial site for Coaching Business in Anna Nagar East. Due to the government order, we have stopped the admission progress and shut down the coaching academy in April itself. But for the current EB billing its shown as Rs.32, 265. But for the last billing we paid is Rs.3, 322. As per the PMC calculation mentioned in the "CPRO Press Release dated 05.05.2020", it says last billing amount to be paid as PMC.
But the TNEB raised the billing with Rs.32, 264. During the Pandemic Situation, its unaffordable one for me. Before the billing date, I am requesting to correct it.
Also I raised the complaint in the TNEB online portal and the complaint completed without any actions.

    Address: 10c Periyar Nagar .Nehru nagar East, Kalapatti ,Coimbatore 641048

    The consumer number is [protected]. located in Periyar Nagar in Nehru Nagar East Coimbatore. This house is vacant for the past four months. Last bill amount is Rs.80/ only in March. Till now the house is vacant but bill amount is claimed Rs. 1846/ without taking reading. This is unacceptable Actually the bill amount should be zero since no usage and first hundred units are free. Hence I request either claim previous bill of Rs.80/ or claim actual amount after taking reading.

      We have received a Bill for the Month of May 2021 of Rs. 9040. for 1600 units stating " Previous Assessment Amount Billed".

      But our last bill reading dated 22nd March 2021 : 24380
      Reading as on 26th May 2021 : 24997
      Total units consumed : 617

      Almost 1000 units extra, for the last one year, our billed amount is around Rs.1000.

      How can for 617 units bill amount is 9040.

            Mambakkam EB office non-responsive of complaints

            25/05/2021: I live in Casa Grand Urbano, Ponmar. For the past 3 days, there was hardly power available . I did raised complaint through whatsapp EB complaint chennai but no response. I called EB office Mambakkam but nobody picks up. Please help to resolve...

            Sir,
            We reside in pallikaranai, here we face regular power cuts for more than 2hrs per day. Even in night times they do the same and no response if we try to contact the eb office. Not even once they pick up the call. Please check and resolve the problem asap.

                  Our sc no.[protected]. power consumption bill for may 2021 with due date 14.6.2021is informed at rs.1846. we've have solar power connected tneb. Compared to previous billing, this amt is found to be higher. We apprehend that our solar power generation credit might not have been taken into account. Pl look into the same and do the needful.                             This month in our house EB reading not calculated and but bill amount is doubled..
                            This Issue informed to EB department
                            for revised the bill amount as per the reading and also complaint raised to TNEB
                            But no response

                            on 22/03/21 old reading 7600 and used unit 240 amount is 350
                            on 25/05/21 new reading 7886 and used unit 286 amount is 620

                            this corona bad panic situation, , there is no job and salary and
                            not accepted this double amount of bills

                                    Electricity consumer number[protected] in the name of my wife - Leena Venkataraman. We have received a bill for Rs. 13175 vide bill dated 28/04/2021 to be paid by 31/05/2021. The Account description says 23100a-CC Arrears. Need more information as to why this is charged etc.

                                    I raised a complaint with TANGEDCO but reply came to visit office. How can one visit office at this time of lockdown. concerned officer should contact us and explain what this amount pertains to.

                                      This is regarding the complaint against Sevapet EB service.

                                      Today i have called and shared the current usage o[censored]nit consumption to jagadeesh working on EB office, as advised by him have shared the unit details to below numbers

                                      [protected] - JE contact number.

                                      But after multiple follow-up still the details are not updated and now the peoples are avoiding to take calls. Since the lockdown situations i am unable to go EB office. As per government update, i have been followed.
                                      Please share the details for further escalation details to move this. This is happening every time taking reading by their or own as per them.
