Dear Sir
X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now they vacated and not giving the user is and password.now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

    Chengalpattu EB head office

    Sir, Kattangulathur village comes under chengalpatu district. 14th May power cut happened from 12 to 2.30 AM. We called.1912 to get support, they declared, this number only for Chennai region. Then we called chengalpatu EB office thro[protected]. But they also denied & ask us to call local wire man. They are not ready to book compliant& service to people.They simply cut consumer call.
    Very poor service. Hope chengalpatu is the headnoffice...

    Recently I get EB service 15 day back.
    Pole fixed opposite line in my home 30 day back. In same line other pole also there . Now suddenly today tneb planing to shift the pole neary my home . Also the digging the earth. If they shift the pole neary my home . LT Line across the road unwantedly and wrongly. Now fixing pole opposite is right direction same image attached your reference.
    So please check and take neccessary action .

      We are not getting full voltage power for the last 6 months..No action taken on various complaints twds no.16874. Plz do the needful to resolve our low voltage issue because of which our valuable things like TV, Fridge are getting spoiled

          Sir due to different voltage coming at different times many of our home appliances are getting damaged .current is coming but due to voltage shaortage we can't get our appliances working properly..like ac not working like on and off like that it's going fridge not working..infact we have 3 phase.sir..kindly please make some options like new transformer.kindly please adress this issue as soon as possible.

                This is the complaint regarding shifting of electric pillar from one place to another place within my patta land. The electric pole is situated almost in the middle of my land, As five connections are going through my house and the electric wires are hanging carelessly on my house, My house is tiled roof house nobody takes the initiative to correct the wires by electrician I have given complaint in the respective EB office for the same. But no action has been taken so far. I am having small kids and it is becoming difficult for us during rainy and wind seasons as the chances of electric current pass is very high on those seasons which is too dangerous. I request you to please help us in this regard as the EB workers and JE are not supportive for us. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Hoping for the best.

                  Due to covid 19 lockdown implemented, we rely on power supply for Work From Home. Everyday we are facing power cut in Indira nagar, Kanchipuram.

                  Even if we dial the toll free number for complaints, the officials are not picking up the calls.

                  I hope TNEB will make necessary decisions to make things better.

                      Already i have complained in same online before a week about power shortage in Shanmugapuram.still puzhal EB is not taking any step.what should we do again.And what remedy is going to take place.Why even after complaint EB is quiet.

                        Dear sir, in our area regularly power down in mid night was past 3days your department line man also come and check and fix the problem in morning but again power down in midnight in our area above 75 age people are there without power supply he/she struggling the breathing during lockdown issue kindly shot out the problem as soon as possible

                            Complaint: I have a single phase supply. I never got proper voltage, this is not just me but all the houses in Velan Avenue.

                            A petition to the government also given by one of the house owner in the Velan Avenue.

                            The Velan Avenue comes under Melakottaiyur circle.

                            The voltage issue is present for the past 6 months, no action was taken from the TNEB.

                            Please help.

                                [protected] is my TNEB Consumer number. This month the electricity worker came home and wrote an amount of 8500 Rs. But when I opened the EB website to pay the bill it is showing more than 17000. Kindly, take a speedy action against this excessive bill.

                                  From last night there were heavy voltage fluctuation in Venkateshwara nagar, Velacherry, Chennai 600042. Ac is not running. Fan also not running fully. Many home quarantine covid patients suffering because of this. Please fix it as early as possible.
