    Dear sir/ mam, I am from kathitampatti village near erode. Here there is a continues power issues due to poor response of lineman. He is not accepted any phone during evening time. Many person are suspected he is used to drink in evening. Here on 29.04.21 we had a power cut only for a particular line from transform but the lineman is not came even after 3hours of power cut. His number is [protected]. Do the needful and take the suitable action against him. Thank you

        Previous complaint [protected] was closed nobody visited home check bill of 4288 This month we not used that much last 2bill paid only1100 same usage this month that means last 2month also then how it will come 4288 if its double also only 2200 only how it comes 4times more Bill nobody visit against previous complaint but closed meter running fine if further visited EB in this pandemic situation we are going outside how they expect people to come to EB office. If this 4288 rps charges not reverse we will file a case against to consumer court
        Need to reverse the charges of amount 4288 Rupees.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          We feel hard to share our bad experience with TNEB for last one month on frequent power-cut in my area and getting same reply (tower fault, neutral fault) even after many Complaint. we are suffering most of the night with our childrens in this hot summer. I request you to resolve this problem permenantly at the earliest.

          And we called your customer care number they are irresponsible to follow the TAT period. They are sending only msg resolved your problem that like they try to call higher authority this numbar [protected] simply they are saying we can't do anything for you and why this person are sitting such like a complaint department. You guys need to resign such a post. Such a salary taking people only sitting in a chair. I have a call recording.

          However today 5 evening I called 15 times no response Till time. If electricians will not come rectify this problem. I will move to court and appeal such a irresponsible person need to be punished and resign her/him job immediately.

          Please note this is not trouble in my home also whole area this is troubling. Hence higher authority need to be action on priority. Other such a strict action will be taken against madhuravoyal location EB office without any time period irresponsible way theisusing.

                        I am contacting to register a complain about Lineman Raj & his assistant Paneer for harassing & requesting bribe of 200 rupees in Arumugam nagar, Pollachi 642002. This happens everything they visit the area they take bribe from the residents.

                          I am Velayuthan from Vadavalli Coimbatore. I have paid my EB bills [protected]- Rs.125 and [protected] - Rs.470 through online using HDFC bank netbanking on 16/03/2021. There was problem in e-receipt genearation. The payment was not successful. I have made payment once again with late payment fee in TN electricity payment counter on 26/03/2021 with the amount Rs.800. The payments were clear. Still i didn't get refund of amount Rs.595 which was paid from HDFC netbanking.

                            I am an advocate from ck colony new Siddhapudur. Coimbatore Ward no 53. When I call to the line man Sridhar[protected] for reporting a problem in the street lights, he asked bribe and disconnected the call. Immediate action is required.

                                    I have recevied payment failure notification while paying my electricity bill but at the same time amount 4420/- has been debited from my bank account.

                                    I have raised refund request on the same day 07/04/2021 & complaint status says like its been recommended for refund but still there is settlement back to my bank account.
