We are from Metha nagar, Kundrathur. Lot of power fluctuation here in night time. Fan, water motor and AC nothing is working here. We informed many times. Nobody is taking care....

Dear Sir /Madam, I have Complaints more than 4 times at our nearest EB office but complaint are closed by without attending my complaint
Eventhou the lineman not at all visited.
My house eb line sparkling and eb power cut evey time...

22.04.2021 from morning we are facing low voltage problem ignoring morning electrician are doing work at night by switch offing more than 2 hours in mid night which disturbs sleeps of many people.because of there carelessness the are doing it night instead of morning...

For Past 1 Month there is a low voltage problem in the area o[censored]llagaram particularly at Jayaraman street which belongs to puzhutivakkam EB. Fans, lights and AC is not running properly. Pls I kindly request you to look into it and solve it as soon as possible....

I am building a new house for that I got commercial connection from TNEB. TNEB employee came for meter reading and also entered 110 units in my EB card and told to pau 1380 rupees. But now while seeing in online payment he entered only 10 units as a reading. I am getting so much trouble because of these person. Don't know why government giving jobs to these kind of persons. I am attaching photo copy of online payment....

I made an online payment of my EB bill ([protected]) on 30th March 2021.

Page logged out after I clicked submit but money debited from my account. I paid another payment which is successful.

We are in Melapalayam tirunelveli district... our area power cut on 3 o clock on 21 4 2021 now time 10.15 PM almost 7 hours gone still no power In this area ... we are in corporation limit... but nothing happened when i try to call area contact no ... no response from both mobile and landline... kindly take serious action against them...

Powercut during night time ( 10 to 11 pm ) in daily basis. Phone complaint made several times but no action has been taken out yet.
Kindly take necessary action and resolve it as early as possible, regards....

On 9th April, My consumer no. is [protected] I made a payment of Rs 680 for Electricity bill through mobile banking. Money got debited from my account and the app shows transaction successful and i have received a reference no. too but in the online portal it still shows make the payment.
Please update my payment in the online portal....

I'm from Avalpoondurai village which is in Erode District. I have an issue for often they shutdown and current mostly in night time they are not providing the current after the rain stops.Again the power will be next day morning. I don't know why the do this here and between in some nearby villages the won't shut down the current even it's rain. Then why in this region doing like this. And not opposing this but please make use to immigration...

Everyday we r facing this issue in night time power has off at 2:00am so aged peoples and new born babys are suffering lot. It's a summar time also please take action and give a solution....

I m complaining about frequent power cut in my area(agragaram east, manamelkudi, pudukkottai), without any reason, this is happening nearly 3 years, here we have patients who need complete bed rest but because of this power cut, they cant sleep.for a month atleast 5-6 times nearly 4 hours power cut is happening during night time, kindly take this complaint and change the situation and slove the problem....

I am residing at TRICHY vayalur road, for the past few days we are facing power cut during night time. Elderly people and children are getting affected by this. The eb complaint numbers are not working and nobody is picking up the call. Take necessary action....
