Pudupet Chennai 600002 eb office doesn't work properly. AE Suresh Elangovan also does not make his labours work properly. Pudupet eb office doesn't pick up complaint calls through consumers. Long term fluctuation problems are not resolved yet. Even after several complaints still it is not taken care of in Narayanaiken street area which comes under pudupet.

Since this morning in THILLAI GANGA NAGAR. CHENNAI 61.. power was cut and After. So many calls...and after late. Evening. Power. Came...but now for the past one and half an hour again power. Cut.
EB till now not sent anybody for checking (after registering complaint with 1912---)EB attended the phone call.. After that
and assuredd. that they will check and power with in half an hour will be given... .None from. EB...so far came..
Lot of. Elderly. Senior people and kids are. Suffering... for the past two hours ...kindly. Take this complaint and proper action
Assure us this kind of trouble should not be repeated..EB of. THILLAI GANGA NAGAR
Should feel that they are working for public
. kindly take immediate action

For Past 1 Month there is a low voltage problem in the area o[censored]llagaram particularly at Jayaraman street which belongs to puzhutivakkam EB. Fans, lights and AC is not running properly. Pls I kindly request you to look into it and solve it as soon as possible.

I am building a new house for that I got commercial connection from TNEB. TNEB employee came for meter reading and also entered 110 units in my EB card and told to pau 1380 rupees. But now while seeing in online payment he entered only 10 units as a reading. I am getting so much trouble because of these person. Don't know why government giving jobs to these kind of persons. I am attaching photo copy of online payment.

We are in Melapalayam tirunelveli district... our area power cut on 3 o clock on 21 4 2021 now time 10.15 PM almost 7 hours gone still no power In this area ... we are in corporation limit... but nothing happened when i try to call area contact no ... no response from both mobile and landline... kindly take serious action against them

On 9th April, My consumer no. is [protected] I made a payment of Rs 680 for Electricity bill through mobile banking. Money got debited from my account and the app shows transaction successful and i have received a reference no. too but in the online portal it still shows make the payment.
Please update my payment in the online portal.

I'm from Avalpoondurai village which is in Erode District. I have an issue for often they shutdown and current mostly in night time they are not providing the current after the rain stops.Again the power will be next day morning. I don't know why the do this here and between in some nearby villages the won't shut down the current even it's rain. Then why in this region doing like this. And not opposing this but please make use to immigration resupply the current after the rain stops. Thank you

I m complaining about frequent power cut in my area(agragaram east, manamelkudi, pudukkottai), without any reason, this is happening nearly 3 years, here we have patients who need complete bed rest but because of this power cut, they cant sleep.for a month atleast 5-6 times nearly 4 hours power cut is happening during night time, kindly take this complaint and change the situation and slove the problem.
