Gd afternoon sir/ mam..we are facing low voltage issues for more than two months..Power will cut often ...we pay bill regularly..please come and provide a solution to this ..and also please check weather my circuit is problem or the line which u provide is problem

    Electricity charges Rs.920 for SC.No.[protected] is due on 19/04/2021.Pay online at www.tnebnet.org/awp/login.Save Electricity-TANGEDCO
    From last February 2020 no one is staying in the above SC no address but still Bill is coming high. I am staying in chennai during my visit to devakottai in first week of February 2021 I have given a written complaint.But still the EB bill is on the higher side.pl look into the matter and do the needful

      I'm a resident from Metha Nagar, Kundrathur, Chennai-600 069.
      We are facingng issue on low current supply and voltage fluctuations regularly in our area since last month.Most of the times power will be very low. Especially at night (08:30p.m - 06: a.m) we are not able to run our fan / Ac / Motor etc...I have already contacted EB, They are very lethargic and refusing to take action.Since summer started already, all our home appliances are acting up because of the low supply of current..we couldn't even sleep at night...Sugar amd Blood pressure patients are struggling so hard...As we are facing so many problems like this...Please take the required action as soon as possible...

      The situation has gotten even worse.. Especially in 10th CROSS STREET, MEHTA NAGAR, KUNDRATHUR, CHENNAI- 600 069. Day and night we are suffering a lot. Since yesterday (April 01/2021) From the morning itself the current fluctuations has started...We couldn't use the motor, So that we can't have the needed water supply. Everybody out here is either walking on the terrace or roaming the streets until midnight 2'o clock without sleeping, because of very LOW CURRENT SUPPLY. Kindly look into the issue and Resolve the situation ASAP. Thank you

          My name is Mahesh, resident in Redhills Gandhinagar area.. We are phasing issue on highvoltage flatuations regularly in our area.. some time power will be very low at midnight. Unable to run our fan / Ac etc.. and unprotected threat to our home appliances.

            Tommorrow onwards upto 9.o clock power cut the 7 times till now also without information and intimation off and hour once cut the power pls take action Immediately could not sleep well

              I bring to your notice that we are unable to use even one 1Ton Ac in our house even though we use triple booster in our house, The lights flicker and refrigerator is malfunctioning.
              Please do the needful to have a healthy power supply to avoid damage of equipment, avoid accidents. During night time voltage fluctuates as low as 140v

                            From yesterday onwards power was not available in my area. Parappuvillai, waympanoor, Nagercoil. I have informed local EB office.but still now power not resume.but i have received below message. please find below message and also local line worker get money from my area women.but problem still resolved.

                              Hi All,

                              Due to covid situation, past 6 months I'm at my hometown. So last Jan alone I visited Chennai and return back within few days. Now reading has been taken and its stated as consumed unit is 980. I'm wondering about this issue and not sure how it exceeds this much unit, since we are not even in our home for more than 2 days. I'm getting doubts like, whether the reading has been calculated incorrectly or not.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Due to COVID issue and family situation, I missed due date of the month Feb 2021 EB charges and requested EB officer (AE – Alappatti, Krishnagiri branch) need sometimes and also we will pay with our regular penalties changers within next couple of days. But he refused our request and disconnected the connection also he said that as per GOVT rule they should disconnect even missing 1 single due date. As a family we struggled a lot and stressed just because of this activity done by AE from Alappatti branch office. Now I would like to understand that EB bill process and what is the purpose of penalties changers process.
                                Please educate the AE for the people relationship and situation of the village people.

                                  Paid Ebbil via google pay twice and transaction got success. TNEB shows payment pending. Verified the transaction with google pay and then with my icici account. Banker said the amount got credited to TNEB account. But TNEB has not reverted the amount.
                                  I see on Feb there were many customer posted the same issue.
