Hai. I done a electricity bill payment on tangedco through Amazon but my bill not payed and I don't get receipts after that I try again and payed. But on my first try amount debited but not get receipt so I want the refund of my first transaction.

        On the night of 15/03/2021 / the electric wire was repaired in our field and fell down from the electric pole. Cuddalore District Chicken Page Power Distribution Employees have not yet properly checked the complaint. I humbly request you to contact the concerned authorities immediately to provide proper protection to the farmer.

              For Past 15 Days we are facing lot of issues in aspect of Voltage Fluctuations.Most of the time we are getting 160V-170V..Due to this Our UPS get problem and it keeps getting Trip..

              Also our Devices which are connected to the UPS like Computer, Modems are all getting restarted..

              Last Week One SMPS and One Monitor has been completely DEAD..

                  Karuvelampatti area and arasampatti EB control area.. Issue is regarding 3phase power cut since 10th march 2021, we faced laso low voltage problems early and now... Crops are getting dry every day.. We are loosing agriculture crops without water and also most of the people are dependent for same agricultural pump for regular drinking usage.. Kindly look into the problem to be solved.

                    Transformer in the middle of the road & Dangerous conditions of the electric poles - In Kamaraj nagar street, EB colony, TVS NAGAR, Coimbatore 641025

                    Transformer to be shifted to the safe place and damaged electric poles to be changed to the corner of the road since 4 to 5 poles are in the middle of the road.

                    Please take steps immediately before any casualties occurs.

                      Change in customer name and address

                      My EB service number is [protected]. For the past 20 + years, my name and address has been mentioned correctly in the tneb customer details and bill payment website. Last week I find the customer name and address has been changed, without my knowledge for the above service number. When I raised a complaint in tneb account website, no action has been taken. Instead, the case was closed as " completed" . I am unable to understand why tneb changed...

                            [protected] is my service number and the new meter is changed just four months back. Before the meter change my charges are within Rs.1500/- maximum but after the change first turn comes to Rs.3000+ and 2nd turn comes to Rs.4684/- +. What is happening there. I haven't paid the 2nd turn (due on 05/03/2021) and booking this complaint. The house is closed from 30/01/2021 and on closing I have taken the reading as 2156 but on your assesment on 15/02 it is 2170 and today i have seen it as 2261. How these all happenings. Who is responsible for the faults. You simply removed the fuse carrier on 06/03/2021.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                We recently purchased a plot in loan, in the front of that plot there is a pole with a wire support which is hindering our frontage around 14 feet, I spoke to Minister Thiru. Anbarasan in "Grama sabai kootam" and after that AE from the EB office came and demanded a huge money to change the pole which is almost equal to 2 EMI of our land.There are also low lying cables which is a life threat in our Street. They (EB officials) Insisted that two poles must be laid and we must bear the complete expense. I request you to take a special care regarding this issue and solve the same as soon as possible.

                                  We are staying in Palkalai nagar, Palavakkam Chennai. During lockdown we went to our home state in June 1st week 2020 and returned back on Jan 2021. To our surprise we came to know there was a pending electric bill charges of inr8800 due to which the supply was cut to our house by the local EB office, Kotivakkam. When enquired we were informed that the charges were due to the consumption charges from August to October 2020. This is shocking. How can TNEB charge inr8800 as EB charges for a locked house in mid of a pandemic situation. Totally wrong and unethical. Hopefully some senior officers from TNEB should look into this grievance and provide us justice. Thanks

                                    This is R.Mangalam, consumer no[protected], No.2, Eval street, Golden George nagar (extn), Chennai-600107, I made a complaint to the electricity department on 13.11.2020 about the error in the reading made in the month of August & October. But we haven't received a proper response on the complaint. As per the govt rules, we were paying the Current Consumption charges every month.
                                    27.2.20 - Reading[protected]units- Rs. 650
                                    April 2020 - Due to Covid, we were asked to pay the same Rs.650
                                    June 2020- Due to Covid, we were asked to pay the same Rs.650
                                    August 2020- Nobody came to take reading but mentioned the reading as Reading[protected] units which was wrong.
                                    As per the readings taken from our side on the date 28.08.2020 it was Reading(16142). And 494 units/billing cycle
                                    Which should be divided for three billing cycles but the electricity department made an error.
                                    On 10.10.2020, they came to take reading and noted (17090) and units 2130 for which we were asked to pay Rs.11238.
                                    We're kindly requesting you to inspect on the error made and divide the units for three billing cycles as per the month of August. And give a seperate bill for October. Complaints submitted on 13.11.2020 Given to AE (JJ Nagar East)26.12.2020 Online complaint to Thirumangalam office 7.1.2021 Complaint given to Ambattur office
                                    20.1.2021 we received a revert back for our online complaint as a post letter from JE (Mogappair East)
                                    27.1.2021 We sent a response letter for the letter we received on 20.1.2021 from JE (Mogappair East) and we've not gotten a response yet. 6.03.2021 Mr. Ezhumalai from EB tp cut off the fuse from our house, he behaved rude to me and my family. I explained him saying there's error in the reading and I've sent so many complaints, but have not gotten a proper response or solution yet. I've been asked to meet Mr. Ezhumalai asked me to meet the AE.
                                    08.03.2021 I have went and met the AE and ATO, they spoke to me and said they will talk to AO and get back to me on the issue.
                                    we are attaching all the complaints with this mail, we have our card proof and also screenshot of the EB reading online.
                                    we're ready to pay the bills right away but we need a solutions on the complaints made by us and we have been running for this issue since November 2020 and have gotten no proper response, this is bringing in frustration and also financial burden since our electricity due is stacking up. kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
