Dear sir, in our area regularly power down in mid night was past 3days your department line man also come and check and fix the problem in morning but again power down in midnight in our area above 75 age people are there without power supply he/she struggling the breathing during lockdown issue kindly shot out the problem as soon as possible

    Dear Sir,
    Lot of voltage fluctuations at night after 10pm, it goes below 150 and not sure how long our house equipments will last long. Please resolve this fluctuations asap.

      Complaint: I have a single phase supply. I never got proper voltage, this is not just me but all the houses in Velan Avenue.

      A petition to the government also given by one of the house owner in the Velan Avenue.

      The Velan Avenue comes under Melakottaiyur circle.

      The voltage issue is present for the past 6 months, no action was taken from the TNEB.

      Please help.

          [protected] is my TNEB Consumer number. This month the electricity worker came home and wrote an amount of 8500 Rs. But when I opened the EB website to pay the bill it is showing more than 17000. Kindly, take a speedy action against this excessive bill.

            From last night there were heavy voltage fluctuation in Venkateshwara nagar, Velacherry, Chennai 600042. Ac is not running. Fan also not running fully. Many home quarantine covid patients suffering because of this. Please fix it as early as possible.

              Dear sir, my service no [protected], cholapuram, Kovilpatti tuticorin dist, my bill amount Rs 500/- the send message to me pay 500/- your eb bill, when I paying through on-line it says pay 2240/-rupees, why is that, it says meter charges, devlope charge, cc charges, what's this, my service is 2 years old I paid meter charges and all other charges please check this matter and do necessary action please tanks, iam attaching all the photos,

                      My EB Number is [protected]. As per Paytm my EB Bill is 3100. But when i try to pay the bill its showing due amount as 7060. There are no pending dues on this connection. Please help us on why the amount is showing nearly double.

                          Im living in mettupalayam. I still dont know, why the hell the employees are getting salary in eb office. instead of having these worst fellows have a good employee who can service peoples. just they are turning off the current for unwanted reason and says in just 5 minutes it will be turned on. But for more than 12 hours the current is not there. If we call again, they just switching off the phone. So please take an immediate action on these eb manager.

                                  According to the ELECTRICITY READING of this month the amount came around 8400 but when I tried paying online it showed 17400. The same issue happened last year April 2020. I was asked to pay 28000.
