        Hi,
        I am writing this email as a complaint for an excess amount eb bill which I have received for the month of february 2021.We are residing at No.12, kamarajar nagar, uthukadu road, suleeswaranpatti, pollachi, coimbatore rural -642006.We are here in this address for more than 4 years.To the maximum, we haven't received a bill not more than 2000 INR so far; But for this month we have received a bill of 10625 INR.Our consumer no is : [protected] and we are using no such heavy voltage electrical appliances to a much higher extent.Hence, I request you to consider my complaint and take necessary action on this issue.

          I'm a resident from Ramanathapuram panchayat in Avinashi, Tiruppur. Incoming voltage is so low even mixer and grinder will not start at times and can't use any electronics without a voltage stabilizer. It's the case that's not recent and going on for a while. Providing connections more than Transformers operating capacity could be a cause I suppose. It's informed to nearby regional office but issue still persists. It'd be so well and helpful to get some voltage above 200.

            Payment paid online were not debit in my service no.03-133-002-1969

            Address: TAMILNADU

            ON 05.02.2021, I WAS PAID Rs.590/- THROUGH MHIN, Mumbai. In final stage there is no success message.

            So, repeatedly I was paid another attempt to pay the same Rs.590/= through MHIN, Mumbai. It also in final stage there is no success message received.

            Then I was paid this EB BILL OF Rs.590/- directly in OUR EB OFFICE .

                  We are out of town from 5th November 2020 and also we have cut off the main power supply to our house. But the bill amount is Rs 2044/=.It is not possible. So, please recheck the meter reading / billing amount and inform the correct bill amount so that I can pay the bill online immediately.If the delay is on your part, No Fine should be levied.

                      The electricity reader always putting the reading 10 units high from the normal unit consumed.as the fees to be paid is also high...and the reading date was late hence we are getting double the actual unit rate ..normally 1st of a month should be read ...but they are so lethargic and came for 4 th date of the month and putting a wrong information...we are paying a high electricity bill to the actual bill...please order them take the correct value ...on behalf of KESAVASAMY street.NARAYANAPURAM, MADURAI 14...all r suffering a lot of this problem

                          My last consumed units are 260 and the original total charges are 410 rupees only.
                          But incorrectly charged me 467 rupees. In email bill statement also showed incorrect bill. I have added proof in this complaint.

                            Dear sir/madam
                            I m from coimbatore my home is location in one of the busy area of coimbatore. Ever night nearly 30 lorry pass through our area to connect avinashi main road. Some lorry contains heavy load and also our phase wire is to weak so while lorry passing it easily makeing damage in our phase. Every month more than 10 days we are living dark with out power. I had done many complaint in central zone our line man is so lethargic he also you collect nearly 250rps from 4 house to solve this problem for a month he will visit more than 5 times all the time we are giving money but there is so solution kindly please help us . Due to this power problem i m going to loss my job. Please change oru phase in another line
