Address: Erode

Reading taken person couldn't come in the correct date. He delayed two to three days and so the reading increased to above 500unit. Due to his mistake I have to pay higher amount..Please consider this complaint for consumer satisfaction..

          அம்மூர் மின்சார வாரியம், கல்மேல் குப்பம் ஊராட்சிக்குட்பட்ட பகுதியில் உள்ள எனக்கு சொந்தமான சர்வே எண்.145/6ல் ஆழ்துளை கிணறுக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மின் இணைப்பை வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் திரு. அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவருக்கு (வேறு) மற்றொரு சர்வே எண்ணிற்கு மின் இணைப்பை மாற்றம் செய்ய இருப்பதை நிறுத்தி வைக்க வேண்டும். நான் செலுத்திய தொகைக்கு திரு.A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவர் பெயரில் எந்த சட்டத்தின் கீழ் ரசீது போடப்பட்டுள்ளது என விளக்கம் வழங்க கோருதல் தொடர்பாக :-

          நான் மேற்கண்ட முகவரியில் வசித்து வருகின்றேன். தங்கள் அலுவலக கட்டுப்பாட்டின் உள்ள கல்மேல்குப்பம் ஊராட்சி பகுதியில் உள்ள 1.47 ஏக்கர் நிலத்தை திரு. A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவர்[protected] தேதியில் திருமதி. முனவர் ஜான் என்பவருக்கு விக்கிரையம் செய்து உள்ளார். மேற்படி நிலத்தை திருமதி. முனவர் ஜான் என்பார்[protected] தேதியில் எனது எப்யருக்கு விக்கிரையம் செய்து உள்ளார். மேர்படி நிலம் விக்கிரைய்யம் செய்யும்போதே 145/6, சர்வே எண்ணில் உள்ள 5 மின் மோட்டார் மற்றும் மின் இணைப்பையு விக்கிரையம் பெறப்பட்டு உள்ளது.
          சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன் தாங்கல் தங்கல் அலுவலகத்தில் என் கணவரை வரவைத்து உங்களுடைய நிலத்தில் மின் திருட்டு நடைபெற்று உள்ளது. எனவே, நாங்கள் மின் இணைப்பை துண்டித்து விட்டோம் என்றும், நாங்கள் கூறும் ஆவணங்களில் கையெழுத்து போட்டால் மீண்டும் மின் இணைப்பு தருவதாகக் கூறியுள்ளீர்கள். எனது கணவர் கையெழுத்து இட மறுத்துவிட்டதால், என் மகனை தாங்கள் அலுவலகத்திற்கு வரவைத்து கட்ட்டாயப்படுத்தி கயெழுத்து பெறப்பட்டு தொகை[protected] தேதியில் ஏமாற்றி வசூல் செய்யப்பட்டு உள்ளது. நிலத்தின் உரிமையாளரான என்னிடம் தான் கையெழுத்து இட கேட்டிருக்க வேண்டும், என் மகனிடம் கையெழுத்து வாங்கியது சட்ட விரோத செயலாகும்.
          என் கணவரிடம் 52608 செலுத்தினால் உடனடியாக மீண்டும் மின் இணைப்பை தருவதாக திரு. முருகன் அலுவலக பணியாளர் நேரிலும் மற்றும் கைபேசி மூலமாகவும் பலமுறை கட்டாயப்படுத்தியும், வற்புறுத்தியும் உள்ளார். இதன் அடிப்படியயில்[protected] அன்று தொகை 52608/- வரைவோலை பெறப்பட்டு[protected] தேதியில் திரு.முருகன் பணியாளரிடம் வழங்கப்பட்டது. மேற்படி தொகை செலுத்திய பிறகு, மின் இணைப்பு வழங்க முடியாஹ்டு என தாங்களும் திரு.முருகன் என்பவரும் கூறியுள்ளீர்கள். மேற்படி தொகை நான் செலுத்தீயதற்கு என் பெயரில் இரசீது போடாமல், திரு.A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவர் பெயரில் இரசீது போடப்பட்டு உள்ளது.
          மேற்படி தொகை எனது பெயரில் ரசீது போடாமல் திரு.A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவர் பெயரில் ரசீது போட்டு இருப்பது என்னை ஏமாற்றியதோடு அல்லாமல் தாங்கள் தங்கள் கடமை மற்றும் பொறுப்பையும் தவறாக பயன்படுத்தி திரு.A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவருக்கு சாதகமாக செயல்பட்டு உள்ளது தெள்ளத் தெளிவாக தெரியவருகிறது. மேற்படி விபர்ம தொடர்பாக எனக்கு விளக்கம் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
          எனக்கு சொந்தமான நிலத்திற்குட்பட்ட சர்வே எண் 145/6 எண்ணில் துண்டிக்கப்பட்ட மின் இணைப்பை மீண்டும் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் திரு.A.அப்துல் மஜீத் என்பவர் மற்றொரு சர்வே எண்ணிற்கு என்னுடைய மின் இணைப்பை மாற்றம் செய்ய மனு வழங்கினால் அம்மனுவை ஏற்க கூடாது என்றும், மேற்படி மின் இணைப்பை அவர் கோரும் சர்வே எண்ணில் மின் இணைப்பு வாங்கினால் தாங்கள் தான் முழு பொறுப்பு ஏற்க வேண்டும் என்றும், என்னுடைய இம்மனுவிற்கு தாங்கள் எழுத்து மூலமாக விளக்கம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் என இம்மனு மூலம் தங்களை பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

              Door Lock Billing for Domestic Service

              I own a Land in Vellore and I have applied and got Domestic Service for my Borewell for the past four months billing cycle was regular only minimum amount of ₹322 was charged during last month suddenly Bill appears as ₹1166

              When I checked with my login in TNEB it was mentioned as "Door Lock" actually there was no lock for the door of meter box...

              Hi in my house voltage fluctuation is there from past 1 month i have called near by sidconagar eb and complaint still now no response from there side sometimes very high voltage is coming that time offed tube light itself getting brighter and my electronic devices getting damaged due to this sometime low voltage so ac not running my mother is heart patient night...

              I have given request for Name transfer from previous owner to our (me & spouse) name and I have received the card last week. In the new card the flat no has written as "S2" instead of "S3". Our flat No. is S3.I have requested the official in the EB office and he has asked me to put a complaint in online consumer forum. Sir, Kindly resolve my issue

                No Street lights in Miller Bungalow road (near BSNL, Aranmanai) at Ramanathapuram DT, Ramanathapuram - 623 501. Requesting you to add street lights so women, kids can walk safely and securely after 6 pm every day.

                    Electricity reading for the above consumer no is not being taken properly. They are adding extra charges which we have been noticing for the past few months. When a particular person comes to take the reading the charges are doubled or tripled than the usual however we assume that we do not do not use that much of the electricity to get the bill for double or triple the amount than the usual.

                      I made my TNEB payment on 6/2/2021 through gpay and my money has been debited from my bank account but its not updated in the TNEB portal. It's been more than a week now still no update from their side. Could you please look into the issues and refund my money. I have attached the payment details and status of the payment below.

                        Hi,

                        This is S.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, I'm residing at Madiapkkam (Chennai South) having an TNEB connection (Service Number :[protected]. I was away (Out Of Station) from 27th Nov 2020 till 8th Jan 2021. During this period there was no electricity consumption at my residence. However on 31st Jan I get a bill with Unit assessed 760, Which is generally not possible.

                        Some people came from the EB office and replaced my meter on 8th Feb, saying its a faulty meter & I got charged based on my previous Bill which was again 760 unit.

                        Based on my last year history during this period my Assessed Units was 270. In winter we do not use AC & I always use to go Out of station on Dec- Jan period of the year.

                        This is unacceptable. TANGEDCO must review & should send me the correct bill.

                          Respected Sir,
                          We were out of station for 2 weeks and returned only today (14th Feb) at 2 AM. We paid the electricity bill on 6th Feb with fine (last date was 5th Feb). But we found our Fuses to have been removed to our surprise. We adjusted till morning with great difficulty especially because we have 2 kids and they hardly slept. We reported the issue around 9 AM and a person named Srinivasan came around 12:30. He asked for the EB card and the payment receipt. I showed him the same but he refused accept it and he kept saying that the EB did not receive the payment and asked me to visit the EB office the next day and make the payment again. I told him that I am ok to visit the office the next day but I cannot make the payment twice. He suddenly got angry and just walked out saying that he cannot fix the issue. I asked for the manager’s number and called him. The manager was kind enough to check and confirm that the payment has been received. The manager then asked Mr.Srinivasan to fix the issue. He said ok to him but he asked me to visit the EB office and get the Fuses. I then went to EB office. He gave me 2 Fuses but he couldn’t find the third one. So he just gave another one and said it will work. But when I tried after coming home, the third one did not fit. I called him again and told him the same. He said he will come and fix the issue but didn’t come until now. We are really not sure why he did not accept the payment receipt which clearly a proof of payment. We are very much disappointed with his service and attitude. Could you please do the needful here? Let me know if I have to formally register a complaint against him.

                            Payment Debited but not show in TNEB

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have made TNEB payment through google pay on 08/02/2021 and got debited of Rs.350 and Rs.140, but in TNEB webite it shows again need to pay . There is no transaction history .Again i paid the payment using IOB netbanking, because due date in 11/02/2021 . Kindly find the payment details.

But he is misusing 55/3F survey number Which is in the name of Mr.Ganapathi konar. for supplying water to 55/3D & 56/8, by Means o[censored]nderground pipe line, so request to take necessary Action Against Him For misusing EB Service, .

                                We have a three phase connection and one of the phase goes down much often and we need to call EB many time to get a temporary fix Kindly request you to attend to the fault as soon as possible and give us a permanent fix.

                                  I live in Saras Villas community, Padur. Voltage fluctuation is very frequent. During night it goes down to 100V. We, as a community have complained to TNEB padur office. But no action taken so far. There are many children and working professionals. Bot ableb to get good sleep due to low voltage. Many appliances also got damaged.
