I recently bought a house in Saraswathy Nagar 6th Street, Puzhutivakkam, Chennai - 600091. The previous tenant who lived here had done online registration for the bill payment but he is not deleting his account. I want to change the Email ID of the Consumer Number:[protected]

Last 1.5 years my reading is not taking by them and every time I am going to TNEB office and giving reading to them to pay the bill. I am in flat and few of the people in my flat having the same issue. Every time they are telling some story for not generating bill. So I am paying late fee because of their negligence. Even Engineer is not ready to take up my complaint. They are asking me to talk to directly to that lady who is responsible...

In our area street light has been not working while for a long days, nearly 1 month. we complaint our EB office for many times, they not respond properly. It is not safe for the people living here. so i kindly request you to take a proper action. street: small nesavu street, village: kayalpatnam, district: tuticorin. It is state highways Without proper street light, even accident might happen....

Hello, I have got the bill on 22nd Jan 2021 for the meter number [protected] Chennai location. They have calculated the bill using the KVh reading instead of KWh reading. KWh value is 6331 and KVh value is 7413. I have got the bill for RS.5872 for 1120units. But you can see that there is always 1000units difference will be there for KWh and KVh. Could you please correct my bill .

TNEB bill was paid through axis bank net banking UPI portal. I used Google pay to complete payment but initially when my bank account took longer time for bill processing, I used another account to complete the payment. But unfortunately initially processing payment which I thought as denied was also completed later. So, for the same bill I paid twice for which i am asking a refund on it. Please process it as early as possible....
