Address: Saras Villas, Patel street, Padur - 603103

I live in Saras Villas community, Padur. Voltage fluctuation is very frequent. During night it goes down to 100V. We, as a community have complained to TNEB padur office. But no action taken so far. There are many children and working professionals. Bot ableb to get good sleep due to low voltage. Many appliances also got damaged.

    Address: No.27/11 Morison 1st Street Alandur Ch-16

    Dear sir/Madam, our current reading is 2231.6 for this billing cycle. But reading was taken as 3880 and used unit as 300. We are facing this different reading issue from the past few billing cycle which made us paying excess billing for the previous cycles. Please either fix the meter reading or correct my billing amount to avoid at least future discrepancies.

      Address: kumbakarai road in periyakulam. Theni Distribution Circle, Periyakulam Division, West Periyakulam Sub Division, Keelavadagarai section, Kumbakarai Distribution fed by Kumbakarai SS -VIII

      In my coconut farm the EB distribution lines are crossing at so many places, in which at two places the distribution lines are lying very low in a dangerous condition, ie if I lift my hands upwards it can touch due to the week pole stay wire, please do the needful at the earliest possible. The farm is situated at kumbakarai road in periyakulam.

            Actual bill date :- 11.02.2021

            However today (09.02.2021) visited to EB office Tiruchengode(pin code :- 637211) for payment.
            Our bill amount :- ₹3216
            We given ₹3220 and requested Electricity metre sheet and they wrote and given.
            After that we asked balance amount of ₹4.
            EB staff replied that want ₹10 for EB Reading sheet.
            So balance ₹4 not given .
            Kindly give solution this issue.
            wheather we need to given amount for reading sheet.

                  I had power failure from 9AM on 31/01/2021, after complaint a staff reported at 6.00pm and told neutral cut in cb line, next day I have given 40meters of 720 wire as demanded by them and connection was restored temporarily, as I'm unable to use three face I have given written complaint twice to the flower bazaar AE in person, despite my complaints and reminders it is not rectified till date.Nine days have passed, kindly do the needful immediately.

                          A person from EB who came for taking reading noted that the meter was not on Nov. She said she will take complaint and she will request for meter change. We have followed over phone many times in last 2 months. But she was keep on saying that she has already registered the complaint but no new meter available to change. Suddenly last week they said like they don't have any complaint registered and they asked us to come directly and give written complaint. I went directly and gave written complaint also but still no response from them. I heard from friend that we can raise online complaint for meter problems. I have raised complaint also now. Please take a look and resolve it ASAP

                            In our area street light has been not working while for a long days, nearly 2years and half months. we complain our station (complient Register in Cuddalore Municipality Street light Note) for many times, they not respond properly. It is not safe for the people living here. It is the schedule caste area so that they do like this. so i kindly request you to take a proper action. street: Muthaya Nagar Extension and Muthaya Nagar, Thirupathiripuliyur Cuddalore-607002

                              On 18/01/2021 personal came from EB Kodungaiyur and took the reading from my home metre as 6356 and the consumed units is 156.
                              As the eb card is complete he told me to get new card from the office.
                              Next day I went to the office and the new card issued with the reading as 7560 and the units 1360 amount 7456/
                              This is a great mistake done by the person.
                              I kindly request you to immediately make correction so that I have to make payment before due date.

                                      Please find my EB Consumer number:09 [protected] .Eb Reading This month taken by concern person and he was mentioning Rs. 14000 is the Eb bill charged for last two months, usually I get Eb bill of Rs. 4000 to Rs 4500 for every two month.

                                      Have submitted written complaint to EB AE south chennai, still my EB meter has not checked(i got to know from AE sir this meter data can be downloaded and checked for daily usage) .

                                      Can this issue be addressed as soon as possible .
