There is no street light 5 nos in manimutharu street, east shanmugapuram colony, villupram 605602.no one is taking care to replace it for more than a year.

EB wire missing at the below location attached in the screen shot.
Please install new EB post wire.

We have 3 phase connection in our house, But only 2 phase power supply only coming .

solve the issue...

EB connection Number[protected] for JJ Nagar 2nd Street Agaramthen, Surprice notice from EB official last two years bill not paid.
Please be informed that all EB connection in my Name R Krishnaprasath mobile number [protected] paying through online. This complaint number shown Nil payment. So we thought consumed zero blll payment.
Our question is Why EB department official not notified since last two years.
In my name remain 8 eb connection paying without any fault through online.
Kindly requested to solve the issue and help us to pay minimum amount without interest.

TNEB Box and Cables are left open in the Jothi Nagar Second Cross Street, Its Leads to Safety issue for Children's who is playing around, and also troubling adults' commutator's,
Corporation Department Visited cupule of days before, They are planning to lay Road
So kindly relocate EB Box 2Feet north and rearrange the Cable

TNEB bill was paid through axis bank net banking UPI portal. I used Google pay to complete payment but initially when my bank account took longer time for bill processing, I used another account to complete the payment. But unfortunately initially processing payment which I thought as denied was also completed later. So, for the same bill I paid twice for which i am asking a refund on it. Please process it as early as possible.

There is a frequent power cut in a village near karaikudi

No action is taken on repeated complaint in eb office. Please help.. we have babies below 1 year.

Many times a day, undergoing single phase outage for past 4 days.

My agriculture lands are drying, we had same issue last month also, wirman not working properly .we raised complaint in e.b office they gave wireman contact number, he telling not able to come, i[censored] want to complaint go and give complaint,

72 year old former paid 25k deposit to get eb connection to ittamozhi eb office in tirunelveli District for his own agriculture land.eb Officers got signatures from former and not provided eb connection till date and avoiding him furthur. And even asked former to provide eb plan sketch and get all officers approval for providing the connection. Suspecting kind of personal venture is stopping to provide the paid eb connection to the former. Need your help to resolve this issue l.

Dear sir
Sub: New service getting Voltage fluctuation during neighbours switching load ON.
I paid 39000 Rs for installing of pole and cable for my 3 phase connection on march 2020 and got pole work completion on 7 November 2020, But TNEB connected 5 more service connection in the same line. TNEB may calculated cable size for my load only, So now EVEN Pole cost paid by me for separate cable connection from main line but i am getting Load fluctuation due to neighbour construction work,
So I request you to check cable size and rectify the voltage problem.
Note: Please Note that now neighbour going to apply 5 more connection in same Existing pole cable, This will increase voltage fluctuation problem more. Better request them to take separate connection or TNEB increase Existing cable size to with stand new load.
I expect best co operation in this connection and convey my advance thankful to clear the issue.

Dear Sir, EB Box is placed near my home having frequent line complaints like line burning, firing, heavy sparks, etc., repeatedly complaining to EB, however they are coming and giving temporary solutions only. In my home 4 kids are available 2 are below 10 years and 2 are below 5 years all are passing through the only one main entrance gate ( please refer attached photo) which is near to the EB Box. unknowingly kids and adults are reaching near electric lines and box sometimes we are getting earthing on Gate. Request to reallocate the location of box at convenient place where no human intervention. EB box is coming exactly middle of my plot, it can move one side in the same area. This was informed during box installation time, no action taken that time. May be they expected some other thing... Request to do the necessary at the earliest before any human life loss.

Its unsafe and disambiguation may be happened at any time.
