Good evening sir
The power supply in our area has been cut since morning. We called the customer care center.. they said they have sent mechanics for the repair. But no one came from the EB board. Now when we called.. they have responded saying.. we will restore ur supply only in the morning.

    Sir, For our house Electricity Reading is not taking properly for Consumer Number [protected] on 04.01.2021.Actual consumed unit is 50 units. But EB Reader in my area marked it as 0 Units. When my mother asked about this, he spoked very unrespectful manner. Please take necessary action in this issue.

      new service connection

      I have applied for new LT EB Connection and payment was done by online. After payment done, application was cancelled with following message
      "Application Cancelled - Amount not paid to till date". But I got a message from tneb "Application Ref.No.[protected].Advice slip raised Rs.2818 within 15 days at www.tnebnet.org/awp/login".
      I have left 15 days to pay registration fees. I paid the amount before due date....

      Request Old Lamp post change

          Old tenant had used the online payment by creating user id, password and emaild id. He has left without giving these details.

          The old details should be deactivated and new online account with userid/password and emailid has to be created for the existing service

          How should this be done

            TNEB Service Connection No.[protected]III Phase Line) - Since June 2018, Low current fluctuations oftenly came.
            We already requested for Separate Light Post Connection, But TNEB Staff says at the time of May 2018, "There is no Light Post available at a moment due Cyclone damages at Tamil Nadu"

            In This connection, Fridge, Washing Machine, Water Overhead tank motor, Wet Grinder and Mixee is not working properly and also continuously came repair due Low current fluctuations. So, Day-to-Day life is going on very depression of my family members too.

            At present So many Light post are available in all areas. We are using Stay post with our own cost to Houses only

            So, We need separate Light Post Connection for Houses

              I have paid electricity bill through debit card on 02/09/2020 amount Rs.800 vide electricity account number[protected].
              I received a message through sms from bank that 800 debited towards EB payment. But to my surprise I received a call from EB that the amount was not paid.
              I had checked the history of EB payment it doesnot show the payment.
              We have approached our TNEB branch kellys regarding this issue. So far we have not received any reply from them.
              Bank people comfirms that the amount is successfully credited to TNEB account.
              Syndicate bank has given the statement as a proof of debit to TNEB.
              Kindly see that the amount is credited to my account at the earliest.

                              Hi Sir,

                              Two days back the EB Post has been changed to the new one. Initially the old EB post have street lights and now they forget to fix the same with the new EB post. We are requesting to fix the street light ASAP.

                                My 3 phase meter is not working from October onwards, I raised multiple complaints through online and it got escalated, but they have closed all my complaints without changing new meter. But, they are providing one approximate bill without meter reading, which is wrong.
