Sir, I have To Construct a House On Plot No 25 in Sekar Nagar Opposite To Vanchilingam Hospital in Pudukkottai Road, Nanchikottai Panchayat. Over My Plot Electric Lines are Passing. I Have Written a Letter By Application to Remove The Lines On[protected]. But I have enquired the Concerned assistant Engineer Several Times. The Assistant Engineer told that the Commercial Inspector Senthil Will Do the Needful. I am Ready to Remit the Amount For Remove The Electric Lines. For the Past 363 Days They have not done any Work Regarding the Removal. Several Times We have Remembered. But They Have Not Bothered. I Kindly Request to do the Needful for Removal Of Electric Lines.

      I got the bill for 980 unit. But i check the reading and it is showing 370 unit. Please resolve the issue soon.
      Last reading: 20680
      Reading taken by eb person: 21660
      we check the reading : 21050.
      Bill show the unit=[protected]=980
      Actual meter reading=[protected]= 370.
      Please resolve the issue soon.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        After getting our new service number, i am unable to sign-in to my TNEC login. While trying to reset my login credentials, it show "Invalid Consumer number !" error on validation of "31534754" or "[protected]" new or old consumer numbers.

        Kindly get it rectified as early as possible to get it validated my consumer number on change password page.

              Low Voltage and Phase out issue

                    We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the Village Lalikuppam - Ammoor, beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for evening hours together in our Village. We have been complaining it since a year but there is no result. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If at all it is supplied low voltage does not permit our fans, lights and etc., to operate. It puts us into great difficulties.Due to low voltage, it also causes troubles for the all.

                    We, therefore, request you to kindly take early steps to check this problem. We shall be grateful to you for such help.

                      Dear Sir,

                      With full regret iam writing this email to bring your attention that iam not satisfied with the service rendered by TNEB (Pattabiram).

                      It's been two weeks now there is no power in my house. The electric post in front of my house has fallen down due to Nivar cyclone.

                      The same has been escalated to TNEB, I was told that we can lay cable underground to obtain our connection back and I have to bear all the charges (laying cable underground from the road to my house and seperate charges for line). I agreed for the same, made a payment of approximately 7000rs for the EB line (got receipt) and started cabling work with the help of a local electrician.

                      Once I completed the cabling work, I have informed TNEB for the connection and now they are saying that they cannot give connection as they can only approve a electric post. If that is the case, why I was told that I have to pay 7000rs and what is that for? On top of it I have spent nearly 35000rs for the cabling work, what should I do with that?

                      Everyday I could see people showing up from EB but doing nothing leaving this issue in the same situation.I stay in UAE and I have elderly parents staying alone in my house, who doesn't know how to take it further. They are suffering with mental pressure everyday by your team that they have to pay again for the electric post and few other dissimilar information.

                      I am sick and tired of hearing this issue everyday and now decided to give up.
                      I am ready to accept any charges that your team says but ultimately I want my connection to be resumed with the new cable that we have laid.

                      I would request your immediate intervention on this matter and help me out in getting this issue resolved at the earliest as my parents are struggling there every day without power and by getting dissimilar information from your team.

I am having cable issue of electric current For the building from underground .Since 5 days we have been keep on com plaining to EB office but neither they response correctly nor they give any exact date for solving the issue of cable.                           Address: Ranga Nagar, Avinashi EB office, Tiruppur.

                          I have started to build my house with car parking within the limit of my plot. The post wires are very near to the wall due to which the electric may flow to the house. Also, due to the wires, we are not able to complete the front side of the building. If we build further it would touch the Tension wires. I reached EB office at Avinashi and they found that the distance between the two posts are very long. So they suggested with additional post in between the existing posts/poles with side arm. They want me to bear the side arm cost which is around Rs 11000.

                          I would like to know if that's the correct amount and I need to pay the amount completely? It is safety issue for my family.

                              One phase electricity supply is always not working for the past 15 days, even after repeated complaining. Our flat water motor is on that phase. We are 8 flats.                                 This is gejandrababu from alcherry village and in having eh 3 phase meter in my good down... As I paid 7770 rs on 08/07/2020 after last payment of 2270 rs on 25/10/18. There is much difference in that tariff . I failed to pay last two month of EB payment.. now I am ready to pay the payment.. but in EB office issued me the bill some amount of 11000 to 13000 ( not clearly mentioned).
                                But the usage is more lesser..
                                Only 2 lights and 1 fan ... That to in evening.
                                So I'm requesting you to take action on this issue and make correction in bill payment.

                                    I have submitted 2 nos additional load applications( Ref [protected] & 29 to EB office West karamadai ( Coimbatore) for existing old building in service for 12 Years & 4 Years respectively. I have submitted property tax certificates ( current) also along with application,

                                    But it has been rejected due to non submission of Building completion certificate.

                                    It is to be noted that my application for additional load ( single phase to three phase) for existing old building in service for 12 Years & 4 Years respectively
