Dr.Prakasam Nagar, Thiruninravur 602024. No power supply for the past 20 hours. Struggling to survive.

Sir, I stay in west k.k. nagar. There was no power supply in my street from9 am on 25. 11. 2020 till now. Eb is not picking up. My surrounding streets supply was not disrupted. Please look into the matter and do the needfull

There was no current since yesterday in our area only in our transport lane street please do the needful

House main EB box short circuit

Since yesterday 25/11/20 power cut. We are calling all Surrounding EB contact Numbers no one responding even 'AE' also.
Everywhere power is available in my street only 1 or 2 house having power cut issue at this worst situation no one responding and Rude on call.
Asking ask to check with some local electrician person don't call us. I hope EB office paying salary for them then why they not attending and not responding. I am attaching my call log screenshot FYR that how many times I have tried to reach your super fast person (Aminjikarai EB persons)

We are facing power issue from evening even rain stopped as well. There is no rain and wind even though power cut issue here from evening 6.30pm. Still power yet to come.

In our other than power issue we are not having any problem.

Please do the needful.

There is no power in Sakthi Nagar, Nerkundram area from today evening. There has been frequent power outages in this week especially in 14th, 15th, 16th street Sakthi Nagar. Today alone there was nearly 4 times there was disconnection. This highly affecting small kids and working men & women in this Area.

Raised complaint multiple times but still issue is not resolved. Request you to look into this issue and provide permanent solution for this.

The issue has happened in eb office which is located in West Tambaram Chennai.. there is no any proper support from the technicians and they are not responding at all for our queries.. they are not picking our call for any urgency.. they are doing partiality between the region.. request to take immediate action to fix asap..

There's no power in Thillaiganganagar especially near anjaneyar temple from 2.30.pm today. Other parts of Thillaiganganagar have power while our area is still in dark. No officer or compliant cell is working. I've tried everything.
We have old people and children at home and we at least need water for bathroom use.
So, our motors have to run.
It's been a terrible experience in a tough and bad situation like this with no.response from EB.

Current OFF from 12pm now became night we are really in hard situation as children and old age people suffer to worst heights

There is no power at my place Perumbakkam Annai Indira Street near Pasumpon Nagar from 6.30 am and there is no response from the eb office. There is power all around the area expect this street. There is less water available since majority people use the bore well which needs power, many have online classes and work from home. There is no idea till when the power cut will last at least to get prepared. There is no rain still no response from them. A solution required for the issue so kindly help solve it

Past 2 days power connection problem. Today from morning power not come.

Today(25.11.2020) the main line wire has cut off and dropped down on the street due the tree branches are in contact with the wire. This complaint has logged on 19.11.2020. Before that also, we've orally complaint to the line man many times. But till now(25.11.2020) no action has taken against this issue. Due to the lethargic work of the electricity department, today the main line wire has cut off and dropped down to the street and make contact with rain water clogging on street. If any life threat happen to anyone, Electricity Department belongs to maduravoyal branch is the sole responsible.

We get frequent Current OFF in my area, They are saying it is Dripp OFF. MAIN OFF or any other reasons and we are in very embarrased situation as old people and Children are getting much affected due to this issue

A post was broken yesterday (23.11.2020) night in James 5Th Street ponamale and even after many complaints to the EB working persons, No proper action was taken. In this time of hardship if this post fell it many cost huge things. The post was hanging by a thread knot done by EB person which is just temporary and doesn't look strong enough to hold it. A quick and proper support to the post is needed at this cyclone times.

Respected sir,

sub/ref [protected] receipt no 1223050dt 25.09.209 .For rs 45123.

I.S.Haja sahabudeen legal owner of flat 22 sridevi nagar padmavathi nagar extn 5 th street

velachery chennai 600042. Rented out the flat to the bachelor boys three from (february 2016

since january 2016 tneb has not sent any bills for power usage and on line it was show zero balance

as pending. I would like to bring your kind notice the following points for your consideration

and judgement.

1. Why the eb department has not sent any bills for the past 36 months even though we made complaints

2.Even the eb meter was working properly as the tenants were using only tube lights and fans the

monthly average bill should come rs 300 pm only.

3. How the eb department has assessed and calculated rs[protected] + 45123)for 36 months which was

incorrect and unethical without giving any break up and explanation

4.Though it was eb department fault for not sending the bills for 36 months how can they force us

to pay rs 48007 without giving any grace days or 5-6 installments facilities.Hence it is totally un fair

immoral actions of eb department.

5.The eb department officials arrived our flat on september 21, 2019 disconnect the power connection

without any intimations and explanation and made our flat plunged into darkness and forcefully

made me to pay rs 48007. I suffered a lot to arrange this amount as i am senior citizen and bed ridden

due to heart attacks and paralised

prayer.

Hence i humbly request honourable court to dirct and advise eb department to chagre reasonably

that rs 300 pm for 36 months rs 10800 only and refund / return rs 37207 which was charged by them

without any justification.Without making any further delays.

I've completed since yesterday there is no response in that and without solving complaint marked as resolved once again I'm complaining about voltage fluctuation in my area since 5pm yesterday and today is shutdown day there is no water in my tank if the current gets stable before 9am only we can manage orelse I don't how to manage kindly consider this as important issue and solve it before shutdown time.
